北边，离纽约州立大学石溪分校很近。老头和77岁妻子在商场里的饮食部喝咖啡，商场
保安要求他将T恤反过来穿，他拒绝，因此被扣帽，安上其他罪名，并由警察逮捕，连
轮椅一起带走。
这个商场保安素质低劣，都是一些不三不四的人，相信石溪分校的同学们都知道。长岛
的警察也非常恶劣，比纽约市的好不到哪里，平均年薪还在10万以上，其他福利很多，
包括财产税打很大折扣，是变相津贴，除此之外，还要到处吃白食，这一点其他地区的
美国警察也一样，公然违法，还是没人敢惹。
有个没来过美国的网友声称在美国可以到处在公共场所游行，呵呵！连衣服上的字都会
给你带来麻烦！来美国还是谨慎点吧！入境随俗，千万不要做异想天开的蠢事。

加州参议院于一月三十日投票通过了加州宪法修正案CA SCA5。修改后的加州宪法将允
许公立大学录取中进行种族，性别，肤色，出生国别的歧视。这一法案被称为1964年人
权法案以来最为种族歧视的立法案。
这一法案明目张胆地把种族与性别歧视写入加州宪法，剥夺公民平等受教育的权力，从
根本上是违背美国宪法精神的。
我们认为，消灭对少数族裔歧视最有效的办法是彻底地禁止种族歧视，而不是在公立大
学里实施歧视性的录取政策。
为此，华人进步与平等协会作出以下声明：

as revealed by Edward Snowden, the Chinese authorities have a firm basis to
indict Generals Michael Hayden and Keith Alexander among many others and to
sue for economic sabotage for the creation of back doors in Huawei servers
and other equipment, rendering them unmarketable, both in China and abroad.
This is an obvious instance of "do as I say, not as I do" hypocrisy. Let the
