发帖数: 3012 | 1 Foxman说LOS按照球的位置定义，这个不错，但是他混淆了LOS和lineman。进攻方
的lineman和back的定义在NCAA official rule book里面定义得非常清楚，参见规则
2-27-4。
里面非常清楚的表示了关于back的定义：只有一名球员，其身体最前端没有超过和
他最接近的一名lineman的身体最后端（不包括手脚，基本上就是指butt）时，才被
认为是back。
因此，一名TE如果想qualify for a back，必须身体明显落后和他紧挨着的T一个
身位才能被认为是在back的位置上。
为什么我们经常看见一个TE和身边的T并排站着，仍然是eligible receiver呢？
因为根据规则，虽然他这个时候算lineman，但是他处在line的末端（end），所以
按照规则，他是eligible receiver。
但是如果同侧远端有另外一名球员（一般是WR）处在lineman的位置上，这个TE就
被“cover up”，不再是处在end of line的位置上，变成了ineligible receiver，
这恰恰就是Iowa被call的这个pe |

挺大的， 3-4里面那3个lineman的主要任务不是冲击QB，而是霸占gap牵制O的lineman
， 特别是中间的nose tackle必须是大块头，必须是要被double team那种。 3-4里的
rush一般是由那2个outside LB 完成的。 4-3则是以那4个down lineman为rush的急先
锋，每个人看准一个gap冲进去就行了，不像3-4里的Lineman需要一个人控制2个gaps.
大白菜可能是对4-3比较熟悉吧，因为口子的D就是4-3的；而AFC里面比较牛的D都是3-4

line to help punch the ball into the end zone for a TD. Packers used
defensive lineman BJ Raji that way a few times on goal line situation, and
it worked wonderfully.
So, yes, unless it's a trick play, it's not realistic to run the ball with a
lineman. They are slow, and they are too big to run through a hole.

我们是23M的空间，而且是已经支付了Julio15年10M base salary后的空间。谈大合同
重构后就算加几个M也不是致命hit，而且还可以后置，说不准省点空间呢。
我们的FA如下，没啥特别值钱的，多数是替补，和需要打屁股的DL，OL。
老kicker需要签一下，FS Lowery最后一场又伤了，应该好签。
Biermann和Corey Peters要打屁股，Weatherspoon赛报后要prove it.
我担心的是已经拿着大合同的OL Blalock和Baker伤好后还能好用就行了。

发帖数: 4256 | 15 pass rush 和 blitz 都是去抓QB，pass rush 一般说的是 Defense Lineman和LB，
blitz说的是LB和DB.
pass rush 你一般知道他们从哪里打过来。。。比如说4-3里面一个Lineman排在OL
Tackle对面，那他一般就会从OL Tackle的肩膀两边冲。
Front 7 pass rush 我觉得分两种，一种是speed rush, 一种是bull rush。。。
speed rush 靠速度快，从OL的两翼冲过去，比如Egales DL。
bull rush 靠吨位足力量大，推土机使劲向前推。比如v. wilfork。
Blitz有更多的unpredictability,赌博性更强一些。进攻一方在最后开球一刻，不知道
防守一方是谁，从哪里blitz. 举个例子，3-4里面的一个lineman（DE）排在OL Left
Tackle对面，而DE在开球以后突然后退，去改打man to man, or zone coverage...而他后

发帖数: 14021 | 16 简单的讲，4－3跟3－4的区别，就是拿一个lineman换一个linebacker。lineman的优势
是力量，linebacker的优势是速度。所以这基本上就是4－3和3－4的优缺点。
4－3的理念是control。4个力大的线人试图控制LOS，从而把进攻堵在LOS上。对力量型
的跑攻比较有优势。4个DL和3个LB的位置和任务都相对的固定。变化不多，靠力量取胜。
3－4的理念是attack。试图先发制人，以攻为守，扰乱破坏进攻的节奏和线路。因为LB
的速度和灵活性，可以设计出很多的Blitz packages。OLB的位置可以移动变化，从不
同的点来Blitz，可以从边上blitz，也可以绕到中间blitz，也可以drop back 防WR，
drop back时也可以换CB上来blitz，所以迷惑性很大。对传攻稍微有点优势。
由于现在的传攻打的越来越多，3－4的防守也更加流行。3－4对球员的身体要求要少于
4－3。4－3里的DE要求有力量又有速度，不好找。3－4则可以通过scheme的变化来弥补

发帖数: 1 | 17 当一个队选择4-3还是3-4的时候，是看最athletic的防守队员是线人还是linebackers.
如果athletic牛逼线人多，就4-3. 如果athletic牛逼linebackers多，就3-4.
1. 4-3 和 3-4 的理念都是attack, 而且 4-3 比 3-4 更要attack. 因为 4-3 的最重
要甚至唯一的目的就是靠线人抓四分卫。抓不到四分卫不能给四分卫很大的压力，那么
这个 4-3 防守就失败了。
2. 3-4 和 4-3 相比，对跑攻更加重视。3-4 一切都在于首先防住对方的跑攻。其他都
是建立在防住跑攻的基础上。所以 3-4 里的 Nose Tackle（NT)是非常重要的。一个
350，400磅的大胖子(Damon Harrison, Vince Wilfork)坐在那里唯一的任务就是阻止
对方的跑攻,只有防住对方的跑，才能谈其他的战术。如果不能防住跑，那么这个3-4
就失败了。

发帖数: 101 | 18 今年新的攻击体系预示着Nebraska捡回了原有的几十年的传统，这使广大的球迷激动不
已。其实早在Pelini2008年到来的时候，他就已经开始重新拾回Nebraska原有的传统了
，重新聘回了大部分2003年被炒掉的教练，包括待了25年的Ron brown（running back
coach），以及Barney Cotton 2003年的offense coordinator（现在是lineman coach
）。重新扩大了walk on program的规模，吸引所有的本地的local kids。这几点就我
来看至关重要，首先教练的更替，使得所有教练组成员的想法都在same page上了，想
当年Barney Cotton就是指挥nebraska打option running game的人。另外因为Nebraska
的地理位置及funding水平原因，nebraska永远不可能像Texas或者ohio state，

发帖数: 10757 | 19 招的时候 inside Lineman和 outside Lineman肯定是分开的，很多时候OG和OC是一块招的，技术特点差别不是特别大，练练大家基本都可以打三个位置，然后就是 最physical，最聪明的培养打center了，很多球队愿意轮换OG，但是Center一般不会换的。一般最好的inside Lineman肯定是打center了。 就像florida，先是Maurice pouncey打center，他第一轮被选中以后，他弟弟mike pouncey从OG 换到center，也是第一轮。

我来写一篇OU的分析。先从进攻说起：
qb： Landry Jones，这是他的第三年。第一年，仓促上阵替bradford，有过单场６个
td的辉煌记录，也有单场５个int的耻辱记录。叫了学费，锻炼了队伍。第二年，就稳
定多了。尤其赛级末期，连续四场非主场比赛，landry发挥出色，一下就从servicable
的qb 变成害死慢的后选人了，被很多专家列为NFL 第一轮强有力的竞争者。
WR： 这是我们最强的一环。All american Broyles放弃了NFL第一轮选秀的诱惑，回到

一个一个的被报名字及来自什么大学。我仔细听了一下，22个进攻
队员里，没有一个来自老牌大学劲旅的，象NEBRASKA，FSU，UF，OSU，
TENNANSEE，MIAMI等等，奇怪吧。
只要一个LINEMAN 来自PENN STATE ，还算出身不错。其余的都是
些莫名其妙的学校，如RUTGERS，CONNECTICUT什么的，都不是NCAA I瑼
的队。STANFORD就有三个，著名的JOHN ELWAY，McCaffey和ATLANTA
的一个LINEMAN。
是不是说，好大学（指FOOTBALL〕的队员反而打不了NFL？奇怪，
不应该啊。

因为每个play都是事先布置好的，大家任务明确，
比如对某个lineman来说，他的任务就是把对手挡在左侧，
但如果摩步QB乱跑，突然跑到左面的话，
那么这个lineman的位置就从内侧变成了外侧，
要想在继续保护QB，挡住对手，就非常容易造成拉人。
这时候QB被放倒，只能说是他自己活该了。 |

1。这个不是T-formation,所以发福是eligible receiver.如果是ineligible receiver
,判罚是损失一个down(相当于incomplete pass)
2. 实际判罚应该是对40号，lineman. 在传球play里，ineligible receivers (包括
lineman）在传球前不能过LOS.在这个play里，40号线人过了LOS。如果ineligible
receiver过LOS，判罚是5码，不损失down. |

还是Michigan出来的, 打最需要敏捷应变的tackle,
退休后又在MNF做了十几年的球评,
脑子肯定不笨, 不过人都有倒霉的时候.
有一次训练营的时候他被临时调去做中锋;
大家都是轻装上阵, 除了头盔, 其他的什么护肩护腰护罩都没有戴.

the ball it's a five yard penalty with a free play. Free play meaning that

通常的阵型五个lineman都是固定的，如果你需要临时改变eligibility需要额外声明
这次是上了4个lineman加额外的通常eligible的球员，这样是不是进攻方就随时可以在
scrimmage时做一个shift，导致左右两端的球员突然改变eligibility？哪怕裁判给额
外的5秒时间，那防守方的阵型也需要有重大改变（即使不换人）

大旱期间, 贡献几个自残的"受伤", 乐一乐.

Notre Dame有一次春训,
混战之中, 一名新生O-Lineman倒下去了,
趴在地上龇牙咧嘴的叫得厉害.
他自摸了一阵, 抬起头来说,
"Coach, 我想我是拉伤后腰了."
别人都在替这孩子着急,
Lou Holtz却是老狐狸, 见过世面多了,
顿时转忧为怒, 骂道:
"只有结实绷紧的肌肉才能被'拉'伤!!
你这全身上下都是飘浮的脂肪, 松动的膘肉,
也好意思'拉'伤? 给我起来!"
余怒未消, 鲁猴子还吩咐队医,
以后体重300磅以上的, 不准有肌肉拉伤,
卧推不到400磅的, 不准有肌肉酸痛,

the NCAA last December for selling rings, jerseys and other memorabilia as
underclassmen. But 6 1/2 months later, it's official: Ohio State is vacating

我来写一篇OU的分析。先从进攻说起：
qb： Landry Jones，这是他的第三年。第一年，仓促上阵替bradford，有过单场６个
td的辉煌记录，也有单场５个int的耻辱记录。叫了学费，锻炼了队伍。第二年，就稳
定多了。尤其赛级末期，连续四场非主场比赛，landry发挥出色，一下就从servicable
的qb 变成害死慢的后选人了，被很多专家列为NFL 第一轮强有力的竞争者。
WR： 这是我们最强的一环。All american Broyles放弃了NFL第一轮选秀的诱惑，回到
了OU，今年将刷新无数NCAA 的接球纪录。Kenny Still，Freshman All american，去
年作为true fr，场场首发， 将会有一个巨大的飞跃，OU 的头号wr还真说不定是谁。
Miller去年是越打越好，要不是受伤，将会是我们的第二号杀手。今年应该是真正的
Miller Time了。
rb：这是我们最deep而又最不确定的一环。Roy Finch 去年作为Freshman首发过，每次

1、QB
TRUE FROSH QB在NFL球场、6万观众面前交出一份让人满意、更让人期待明天的答卷。
22/31、278 YARD、2个TD、2个INT。TD的2个都是长传，全部是HIT THE WR IN STRIDE
，包括一些短传，很多都恰好传在WR跑动线路的步点上，这是前面近10年来PSU的QB所
做不到的。说明HACK的确具有明星POCKET PASSER的潜质。
这场球看下来，我对PSU QB的位置有了很大的信心，在O'BRIEN的指导下，HACK应该能
打出来。作为一个18岁刚从高中毕业的TRUE FRESHMAN，他具有一个顶级QB需要的所有
特质：力量、冷静、准确性、洞察力、POCKET PRESENCE，尤其是最后一点让人欣喜。
自1910年以来，PSU只有两个真正的FRESHMAN QB，另一个是BOLDEN，但他毫无POCKET

forward pass的人。
Eligible receiver的定义是所有behind LOS的人, 和LOS两端的人，如果你仔细看iowa
的line up，snapper右边两个人都在LOS后面，如果直接这么排Buckeyes防守球员应该
也能发现问题，所以Iowa特意把一堆人排到很远的地方confuse对手。
而且就像你说得，通常的trick play是让一个eligible receiver伪装成lineman，而不
是伪装成Center，毕竟center要开球，搞砸危险性挺高的，所以这个play叫得相当有创
意。

Watching the lineman denied Scholes's 2nd goal I have the feeling that
both Juve and MU will be eliminated...
Now I just wish BM kicks out RM and Milan got out with a 1-1 draw, and
then the european title is in the hand of Arsenal and BM...
And it will be rediculous if Chealse laughes at the end... |
