发帖数: 7016 | 1 偶的弓调了很长时间没有成功，原因就是太注重这两条principle，
一是目测center shot的位置，二是equal limb adjustment（没找到合适的词，就是上
下limb的调整要一致）。
正好这两个是我的弓不能达到理想状态的原因。
先说equal limb adjustment，我甚至用游标卡尺来量gap的距离，确保上下两臂有同样
的设定。nock low（tear down）是俺的弓的一个完固的毛病，easton guide和网上的
大多数都说要提升nock point来解决这个问题，但对我来说不是这么简单，我甚至将
nock point调到超过90度level位置1/2寸还要多，箭摆上去明显地箭头朝下，即使这样
也不能解决这个nock low的问题。调整了nock point, rest height, string, cable
timing，甚至rest ripcord的timing，都不能根治这个问题。最后在archerytalk上看
到有人说了一句，可能是lower limb比upper limb快，所以始终有这么一个向下的运动

病人，男，目前6month, 33 weeks 剖宫产，出生时右侧股骨短，妇幼诊断股骨缺如。
武汉 同济、协和的医生都没有明确说诊断,只说定期复查看发育情况，再找时机看能否
做截骨延长。
没有家族史，其他器官生长发育没有异常
我把Xray，Xray report和MRI的report post在下面
请问各位，除了 目前定期观察，再找时机看能否做截骨延长 或者 截肢 以外，在 美
国有什么更先进的方法吗？作为家长他们 还是希望看看国外有没有系统的治疗方案，
怕错过早期干预时机。

发帖数: 955 | 38 recurve 优点：重量轻，结构简单耐用，维护容易。用一些简单的工具就可以换limb，
换弦。
缺点：limb太宽。在林子里活动比较不方便。速度较难做得很快。快的也有，不过draw
weight，draw length也上去了。Excalibur 有款Matrix 380，速度有380fps但拉力也
达到260lbs！
compound 优点：limb较窄，整体设计比较compact，林子里活动方便，坐在树挂上不容
易被树干挡住。速度不错，350fps以上的不少，拉力一般也在175lbs左右，strykezone
350拉力只有135lbs，用上弦绳只需不到70lb的力，很舒服，很多人直接用手拉都没问
题。
缺点：重量稍重，但由于size比较compact，如果总长不太长的话端起来并没有bulky的
感觉。结构比较复杂，耐用性稍差。切记小心轻放，防止磕磕碰碰。
我以前用的是Excalibur Pheonix recurve，305fps，实际速度只有280fps左右。结构
非常耐用，除了自己换过serving，其他部件用了4，5年还和新的一样。由于没有dry

自五四新文化运动以来，七十年间，中文的变化极大。一方面，优秀的作家与学者
笔下的白话文愈写愈成熟，无论表情达意或是分析事理，都能运用自如。另一方面，道
地的中文，包括文言文与民间文学的白话文，和我们的关系日渐生疏，而英文的影响，
无论来自直接的学习或是间接的潜移默化，则日渐显著，因此一般人笔下的白话文，西
化的病态日渐严重。一般人从大众传媒学到的，不仅是流行的观念，还有那些观念赖以
包装的种种说法；有时，那些说法连高明之士也抗拒不了。今日的中文虽因地区不同而
互见差异，但共同的趋势都是繁琐与生硬，例如中文本来是说「因此」，现在不少人却
爱说「基于这个原因」；本来是说「问题很多」，现在不少人却爱说「有很多问题存在
」。对于这种化简为繁、以拙代巧的趋势，有心人如果不及时提出警告，我们的中文势
必越变越差，而地道中文原有的那种美德，那种简洁而又灵活的语文生态，也必将面目
全非。
中文也有生态吗？当然有。措词简洁、句式灵活、声调铿锵，这些都是中文生命的
常态。能顺着这样的生态，就能长保中文的健康。要是处处违拗这样的生态，久而久之

1. a huge tree (2' in diameter about 3 floors high) bring down and grind the
stump;
2. remove 4 big branches from two nearby huge trees (about the same size as
item 1) those branches are all about 2 or 3 floors above the ground and
