这西湖大学有些事情确实做得过了，刚开张时五年超Caltech（美国加州理工）的豪言
还在记忆中，现在又来这招：在美国花巨资雇人。如果这在哈佛传递的信息是真的，西
湖雇教授是美国同级教授几倍的年薪，孩子重返美国读书的学费西湖大学包。这些条件
开得太没有边际了，反而会抑制后续的捐款热情。
我们来举个美国一流大学的例子：圣路易斯华盛顿大学的助理教授为9万美元左右的年
薪，西湖如果三倍会支付近30万美元，比有些Endowed教授（讲席）还高。如果西湖用
几倍的钱雇华大的副教授（10-15万美元）或正教授（15-20万美元), 费用更是惊人。
为什么要支付助理教授级别的年轻人这么多钱？一点不错，助理教授是人生创造性的高

美企可以考虑将生产迁出中国，转移至柬埔寨、马来西亚、越南等国来避开关税和知识
产权盗窃，然而在中国以外，企业面临着一些不利条件，如交通不便以及劳动力经验不

美国商务部长罗斯（Wilbur Ross）11月3日表示，政府将很快向美国公司颁发许可证，
允许它们向中国电信业巨头华为公司出售零部件。中国媒体在报道上述消息的时候，似
乎在强调美国公司离不开华为和中国市场，但是分析人士指出，脱离了美国的零部件，
华为可能仅凭中国市场就可以生存，但是要想在国际市场上发展壮大，这对华为并不容
易。
美企离不开华为？
美国商务部长罗斯周末表示相关许可证“很快就会发放”。他同时表示，美国政府已经

章（2000年10月21日）写道：

移民领域也不除外。
在移民法律业务内做的最大的移民律师事务所是Fragomen，第二是Foster Quan，第三
大的是Berry, Appleman。美国大的多业务律师事务所也很多有移民的业务，譬如
Seyfarth Shaw LLP，Morgan Lewis，Paul Hasting等等。做的好的个人律师也很多，
譬如Ira Kurzban, Carl Shusterman等等。至于说移民不需要做诉讼更是错误的概念。
Charles Kuck是移民领域内非常优秀的诉讼律师。我们所的律师几乎每天上移民法庭，
我们也做联邦诉讼的mandamus actions, habeas corpus，petition for review等等。
