本来不想写关于C和BAC的分析，一来我有它们的position，谈起来不很中立；二来很
多information属于nondisclosure的。但是，架不住很多朋友太关心这两家银行，就废
话几句。我只能把public可以看到的information提供出来，加上我个人的看法，和大
家商讨。首先声明，提供的这些信息对“赌博”没有什么帮助，我是target那些想投资
这两家银行的人。另外有一条，希望大家不要扣字眼，没意思。
看一个银行的好坏，出来一般公司都有的revenue，growth和profit等指标，还要看两
个非常重要的指标，tier 1 capital和TCE-tangible common equity. tier 1 是一个
银行核心的资产并且真正可以随时用于投资的钱（有现钱，也有可以raise cash的资产
），这部分资产不应该随市场波动而贬值，tier 1 ratio是tier 1财产和总资产相对风

paulson想让BAC和BCS竞争买LEH，因为LEH当时的问题最大。但是LEWIS非要政府保障，
以JPM买BSC的方式买，就是说付1-2美元，第一个10B的亏损由BAC承担，后面的亏损政
府保护。paulson不同意，lewis就不买LEH。他一直心仪MER的，所以他明知道买的贵也
急忙下手了。
华尔街都很瞧不起lewis的，他不是NY的。当时报纸说是BAC买MER，就是warmart买TIF。
他不买LEH，非要买MER，把政府给得罪了，我觉得他最后下台与这也有关系。 |

There is no cure for Parkinson's disease, although, in some cases,
medication can "markedly improve symptoms." But in Sloan's case, the
symptoms continue to progress.
Lewy body dementia is a neurological disorder that manifests itself as
difficulty with memory, problem solving, planning and analytical thinking.

战火的洗礼，完成第二个三连胜。
在马刺对阵sonics之前我就指出本赛季马刺一个很大的问题就是对sf位置上
中远投的防守，从半个月前的korver到上一场的lewis都给马刺造成了很大的
麻烦。没错，bruce bowen是上一年DOP的候选人，但是他更适合于防守善于
突破或者突破中急停跳投的球员，而对于korver,lewis以及tmac这样具有身
高优势、原地拔起来就投还能保证相当高命中率的sf/sg来说，他相对矮小的
身高并不能对射手的命中率造成很大的影响，他所能做的就是
尽可能的切断传球路线，他也是这么对付korver的。但是对于lewis,tmac
这种talent比korver要高很多的球员要这么做就并不容易了。
bowen还有一个问题就是：就本赛季而言，如果他的防守作用不大的话，
他在场上就基本上是一个废人。也许是因为新签了3+1的合同吧，他的三分
命中率已经达到了他来马刺以后的最低点。
可是如果bowen不上场的话，又有谁能防守TMac呢。barry? 这是另外一个拿到
新合同就不干活的典型,不仅三分命 |

着超强的防守，对手无力的进攻和自己QB在下半场规规矩矩的不传球，以17:10
ugly, ugly, ugly的赢下了这场比赛进入bye week.
上周(第4周)让我担心的defense这次救了Ravens. 赛后有同学反应Ray Lewis有
浪得虚名的趋势，Reed才是后房真正的主心骨。 咱不敢苟同。Reed同学固然是
top safety. 但象我上周分析的那样，defense scheme是先觉条件。Ray Lewis
为3-4打法做出不少牺牲，使得第一线(DLs)少用一个人，而有第2线(LBs)主动发
起对敌人QB的攻击。与此配合的是第3线(DBs)要在短时间内不让对手receivers
open. Ravens的DB选材都是能1对1和WR抗一抗的。这就解放了safety. Reed(和
Demps)在Ravens的防守系统里经常by design的享有play maker的权力。加之Ray
Lewis对Reed的帮助，使其在对game的认识上升华了一个层次。Reed成为最 |

Ray Lewis, Jonathan Odgen, Jamal Lewis, Jermaine Lewis, Peter Boulware,
Jamie Sharper, Chris McAllister, Duane Starks, Jeff Mitchell都成长起来，
附以从FA里搞来的Shannon Sharpe, Rod Woodson, Sam Adams, Trent Dilfer,
居然以黑马姿态一路杀出，笑傲超级碗。成功的同时面临的最大挑战是队内大牌
球员过多， 在工资帽子年代不可能长久维持这样的队伍，怎么在未来的NFL草稿
中找到这些大牌的接班人成了中心课题。我和LD有幸从汽车城跑到Baltimore,
在inner harbor的ESPN zone里现场经历了Ravens得冠的全过程，然后又加入了
当晚的街头狂欢，不枉此行啊，在一片喜悦之中，迎来了2001年的NFL draft

看了两场，
Lennox Lewis vs Vitali Klitschko
Lewis一点也没有占到便宜，倒是结结实实的挨了几下。
Klitschko的不足之处是爆发力，如果换成Tyson, Lewis
早趴下了，最后Klitshko面部受伤，放弃比赛
Vitali Klitschko vs Danny Williams
Williams就是在2004年KO Tyson的那位。比赛中Williams
根本就没有什么机会，第一回合就被击倒。后来的比赛中
Klitschko完全控制主动，最后KO获胜。
总结，2.02m的Klitschko充分利用了自己的优势，
只要他控制好了和对手的距离，那将是不可战胜的。 |
