L***0 发帖数: 1283 | 2 You have 4 variables: jerking off, eating donuts, miles, and beers. You have
to assign each of them a 6,12,18,or 24.
So, you have 24 hours to, for example, eat 24 donuts, run 18 miles, drink 12
beers, and give yourself 6 handjobs, but you can also mix up the numbers (
instead drinking 18 beers, running 24 miles, jerking off 12 times, etc.)
Donuts have to be full size. Who think they could do it?

Judge of Pace 3. The ability to deal with cumulative fatigue. The plan below

fuel-economical, burn higher percentage of fat, gifted in longer distances.
doesn't matter if hard workout is done in the morning or in the afternoon.
often doesn't know what the wall is!
love to run long singles regularly (like 2x90min MLR + 1 long run per week)
