多谢你们的建议,我没有继续傻跑下去,而是好好休息了一个星期,一共才跑了20mpw。
这个星期也不打算多跑,打算让膝盖附近的不舒服因素彻底消失后再重新跑。

Still can't find a good reason why do full if one can enjoy half marathon.
I guess I'm a bit too rational, but I want to save my ankles and knees for
years of running, at least till I'm well into 70s. I worry running too
long and hard would shorten my running life. When my doctor heard me
running, his comment was "half marathon probably has the best risk/benefit
ratio", maybe he is right.

When it comes to running, doctors' opinions are worthless. When I need
advice on injury recovery, I go to
letsrun.com, I don't want to hear about any doctor telling me "no running
for two weeks" or BS like that. In my
9 years of running, the only time I was out for two weeks was when I
sprained my ankle and was on crutches
for two weeks. Other than that, even stress fracture didn't stop me from
running for more than a week.
Doctors don't care how well you run, they only care about getting rid of

your doectors suck! my doctor used to be a physician of canadian national
ice hocky team. she's very good. she advocates playing through pain as long
as the pain is endurable.
I have seen a primary care who thinks glucosamine has the same effect as
ibuprofen. of course I never visited her again.

Not every doctor is like that.
You can select your doctor based on his interests and background. My doctor
is a runner and cycler.
when I mentioned the uneasiness of my knee during annual visit, he checked,
and suggested me stretch often during the day(I know it's against your rule,
but at least he didn't ask me to stop running), and also do some weight
training to strengthen the muscle around.
after the lab test, he said "keep running, you are doing great"

the reason stretch helps joints is because it softens the muscles and
reduces the pound on the knees during running. muscles tends to be very
stiff after running due to constant contraction.
if you have time, you should stretch your quads, hamstring, calf regularly.

Half marathon might be the popular one for most people.
You won't have cramp, crash, or what ever you cannot control during FM. a
quick recovery, yet it gives you a sense of accomplishment of doing
something BOLD, relatively. :)
I have several friends are fast runners, running mostly 5K-HM. But they do
run FM once just to prove that they can do it. And one said FM is taking his
joy of running away. Again, don't want to argue here, but everybody is
different. You don't have to do FM if you don't

It's the peer pressure, like in high school, that will get snails like me to run a
FM someday. You cannot underestimate the enthusiasm one picks up from the
animals on this board and around RC that I'm part of! After all, someone
will have to make up the rest 70% racers when you guys are the top 30%,
right?

You don't have to do FM if you don't want to, and others will
