July. The most weird thing is she insists not renewing the lease with the

事情到现在已经一个月了，我们上次说到我们发信给代理要求重新签terminaction
contract，并且终止我们的合同没，拿回我们的EM，他从来没有回复，直到现在。
其实我也想说，代理有很多时间在网上回复我们的留言，却没有时间去和卖家沟通（卖
家都联系不到他），也没有时间来终结我们的case, 最后还是卖家看不下去了，帮了我
们，才解决了所有的事情。代理很小就移民来美国，比我们呆的时间长，沟通能力比我
们厉害，比我们年长许多，更应该知道在这边做事要有ethic，要professional, 从头
到尾我们做的事情对得起自己的良心，不知道代理是否对得起他那张从业证书。
具体情况是这样的，我想写出来供大家以后参考，如果遇到我们这种代理完全不理你，
你还有个房子合同在那拖着的时候该怎么办。
之前说到我们想终止合同，理由是收到HOA三天内无条件终止，结果代理发给我们的合
同上check的是finance reason( 我们也没有注意就签字了，代理明明知道我们的loan
没有问题，并且我们拿不出loan被Decline的证据。但是他仍然像卖家撒谎说是因为我

rules. If you watch NBA or professional sports long enough, you know without
'revenue sharing' (like the NFL) big market teams always have advantage

this integration created a lot of issues. from what i saw personally, it's
hard to find female servicemember who can do as much physical work as male,
who ends up doing most of the labor.I also heard plenty of stories as such

我想low stake tournament也是同理。
回soloest，我说的“弱（passive）”，是相对higher level table说的，不是真的“
弱”，而且还随位置和对手风格而调整，用“偏保守”更为贴切。而且为了一定程度上
创造获利机会，“紧”也是有水分的。
还有，磨在low stake full ring里，长期下去除了对牌型增强了解，对出牌概率有个
实际上的体会以外，没有任何实质帮助，也没有利润空间。
所以劝君玩到一定程度，要么升级，要么戒赌。没有必要浪费大好青春。 |

不过这些都在书的前半部分（或者说前2/3部分），后三分之一开始集中与religion
相关的讨论。我对作者把世界观称为religion，然后辩称everyone has a religion
比较不满，觉得世界观就世界观嘛，硬把religion这个名字安给它，然后反驳其他
人关于religion的观点，这是偷换概念啊。当时以为这本书读到这里就算结束了，
不过没想到紧接着这个religion的开头，作者讲述了三个非常详尽的个例，都挺有
趣的，而且看得出，作为一个本身有宗教信仰的psychiatrist，他已经尽量在往客 |
