在HomeDepot或Lowes就可买到,不贵:
- 立的柱子: 4x4, 用treated较好; 挖12-18"深的坑, 用水泥浇固
- 上面的板条: 4x2, 用unntreated较好 (俺用的是treated)
- 最上面钉上Lattice, 用塑料的较好
- 在关键结合部位,钉上三角既固定又省料
- 用带螺纹的galvenized的钉子, 不易生锈,钉得也牢

一点小技巧:在R里用fix命令看data.frame / matrix
另外,基于归纳来观察和分析数据,用一些descriptive的函数来生成表格和图,比直
接用眼睛看来有效率的多。你可以参考R的Hmisc, lattice, plyr, reshape这些

然后跟目标蛋白共表达,做结晶,解结构
