(或者像Ed Reed有一次game-ending INT自我倒地之后，

两个QB都没有做到这两项，
而两个WR都做到了后一项。
你也看到了NBC Sports的报道里有"mental lapse"这个词。

要看动作准不准，不能看慢慢做得准不准，要看和比赛速度一样时是不是准；也不能看
体力充沛时，而是看最后几个lapse 动作时是不是还能不不变形。
我那三个毛病，开始都没有，越做得快，越到后来越明显。当然，没人看着，自己还觉
得挺不错的。
改正毛病的办法，TI总教头Terry 是维持动作准确前提下慢慢拉长距离，然后缓慢加快
节奏。
我请的这个教练直接让我在快节奏下练习动作不变形。

from multi accounts.it makes the high buyin tourney much tougher than
before. subsequently driving the average/meh reg down the buyin level,
because of diminished edge.
staying focused for a long period of time is very difficult. mental lapse at
late stage of tourney is always fatal and painful. some players do drugs,
but it definitely will come back and haunt them.

看到别人拍的照片，Key West的日落实在是太美了。这次有幸看得数次，于是不得不专
门开一贴来纪念一下。
这次trip看到的第一次日落其实是在Houston国际机场，在飞机上等待起飞的时候，突
然看到无数光柱从云的背后射出，投影在机场的跑道上，印着停靠在停机坪的飞机尾翼
的剪影，美极了。
第二次日落依然在路上。当时正好开在两边都是海水的1号公路、即将进入Key West主
岛之前，看着一轮红日，倒映在海上形成一束橙红色的光线，马上叫太太按下iPhone6
的快门，记录下这一瞬间。
第三日终于在Key West的Mallory Square，见到梦寐已久的Key West的日落，徐徐下沉
，就快要落入地平线以下的时候，害羞地藏进了厚厚的云层之中，恰好有几艘帆船从我
们前方驶过，带着他们的剪影，按下了快门。
这次没有去体会在海上坐在帆船里看日落是什么滋味，不过看上去还是很美好的。
为了第四天的落日，我决定换一个有前景的地方。于是来到了Fort Zachary State

挪威攝影師Terje Sorgjerd在西班牙最高峰泰德峰（El Teide）上，運用定時攝影（
time-lapse）的方式，從2011年4/4~4/11，花了七天大約170個鐘頭的拍攝時間，捕捉
星光點點的銀河影像。
Terje Sorgjerd表示這則影片最主要的目的是捕捉驚人的銀河，而海拔3715公尺
的泰德峰（El Teide），是世界上最適合觀測星空的地點之一。不過這趟旅程可能是他
走過最累的一趟。已經到過泰德峰十多次的Terje Sorgjerd有很多的必拍景點，除了必
須在高海拔地區爬很多的山之外，整個禮拜的拍攝期間的睡眠也不到十個鐘頭。
拍攝行程中最讓他驚訝的，該算是4月9號的沙塵暴。半夜三點，這陣沙塵暴襲往
Terje Sorgjerd的拍攝地點，當時他正對銀河進行一段長達五個鐘頭的定時攝影。他表
示，那個時候肉眼完全看不到任何星光，他也幾乎確信這段攝影完蛋了，沒 想到回去
