when your pd passed (- now the 4nt bid was just for disrupting). I saw hosts

yoga纯粹是拉韧带和练平衡的，我没怎么感觉到有tone的效果
pilates比yoga给力一些，我那个教练每次都让我们做劈叉和倒立的动作，还不错
zumba比较好玩，也能流汗，我喜欢拿着那个会响的小哑铃玩
总体而言，这些运动还是不如跑步和器械，就是比较fun |
