当然可以出现某队一直持球进攻，也算是他牛逼，哈哈。 |

而且各球队的差别很大。还有裁判的因素太大了，Defensive Pass Interference的把
握就很关键。 |

上次有同学问kick boxing效果怎么样。我觉得，对于大多数人来说，最好的地方就是
不再水肿了
我自从开始力量训练和boxing之后，早上的体型和晚上的体型，月经前后都差不多。。
。。因为肌肉含量多了吧，赫赫。
总之，力量训练是对抗水肿型体质的好方法，大家不妨试一下
下面奔周期之前最水肿的照片。是同一天的早上８点去上班，和晚上５点要出门参加活
动的时候
晚装（因为要出席一个很好吃的宴会）我还穿了个露胳膊的。以前从来不敢，因为，我
的大粗胳膊。。。不过现在稍微有点自信了
下个星期汇报的时候，会是相反的，最好的状态。 |

我的体重一点都没有减少，（已经3周了）但是我早上和晚上的体重倒是恒定的120磅。
以前我早晚可以 差4磅左右。如果我想要减少腰腹的赘肉（锻炼以后，倒是觉得腰腹紧
了一些）， 我是接着应该做现在这些，还是要采取一些别的运动方式，比如跑步机上
跑40分钟之类的？ |

他自己以前在泰国拿过泰拳王的腰带，但教学不怎么样。
我们也练散打，在Queens。八大道好像没有。
