循环后的分布情况。请教大家哈，对这样的注射，对药物的纯度/品级有什么要求吗？

很长一段时间（一年多）一直觉得嘴里发甜。血糖等各项指标一直正常。家庭医生推荐
了耳鼻喉科医生，医生建议做个脑部的MRI.做完后医生看过了报告后说脑部没什么异常
。不知道有没有必要再找脑神经科的医生看一下？报告如下。小时侯得过鼻窦炎，出
国后就没什么症状了。平时有时候会有头疼，主要集中在脑门部位。喝杯咖啡，或者睡

股龄十五年，在顶尖buyside公司也混过多年，三年前“退休”,说是退休，其实就是职
业炒股。小时候爱打游戏，碰股票以后再也没怎么玩过，因为觉得股市就是最有趣的游
戏/肥皂剧，每天都有新的故事，每天都能学到新的知识，每天和Mr. Market过招，和
自己过招，永远不会腻。虽然也会有郁闷压抑的日子，大多数时候还是很庆幸自己找到
一个真心喜欢的职业，从来不觉得是工作，用巴菲特的话就是tap dance to work，这
辈子除非老年痴呆了,也不会真正的退休。
新认识的朋友知道我工作后，通常都有两个问题，对大市怎么看？有什么股票推荐？事
实上这俩问题在我看来都不重要，我是bottom up 基本面价值投资，大多数时候不关心

Match的结果终于尘埃落定，周1等电邮的时候非常紧张，因为成败就在此了，虽然一直
告诉自己，今年只是热热身，成败都可以接受，但到真的揭晓的时候，还是很紧张，毕
竟一旦卷入其中就身不由己，何况自己也还是有所付出。到周4等match program的时候
虽然也有点紧张，但程度已经大大减少，1个原因是毕竟match上才是头等大事，去哪里
尚在其次，还有1个原因是心理还是有所准备了，虽然希望留在home school，但直觉告
诉我恐怕是非常困难了，在我rank list上第二位的program应该就是我要去的地方，果

Thanks, please explain more about the x-ray.
The air embolism can explain the jugular v distention. When air is sucked
into the right atrium along inspiration, the bubble can prevent blood from
circulating back to the heart and into the pulmonary artery.
