只要ECB那个买italian bond的消息是真的，星期一trichet出来 confirm,那短期底应
该到了。短到多短，那得看trichet和德国之间的谈判。italian bond的数目那么大，
除非德国这次慌了，不然一时半会大概也谈不出什么细节来，谈判如果拖得太久，italian bond yield不小心再次创新高的话，又要见新低。 |

Italian Beef这东西据说是Chicago的发明。虽然号称是“意大利”的，但其实和意大
利的饮食传统没什么关系。估计又是很多年以前，有人突发奇想——牛肉要这么细切，
然后放面包中间，然后在汁里面一蘸。然后就挂意大利的羊头卖起狗肉来。声名远播之
后，其出处也无从知晓了。
在Chicago最有名的一家卖Italian Beef的店，就是Mr. Beef。在八九十年代的时候，
当时Jay Leno等standup comedian以及当时的一些Chicago本地的news anchors比较喜
欢这个地方。店主名人照片签字搞了一堆，想不火都难。结果成为了Chicago的legend
了，旅游手册上都要写的。
上次慕名而去，结果却大失所望。拿到手的Italian Beef，看着就没个样子。一片甜辣
椒软趴趴的，牛肉也极普通，面包也是一般。吃一口，口味单调乏味，还不如Portillo
’s这种连锁店。其实想想，也就释然。现在的店主，估计早不是原来的了。新的店主
和做东西的人，一个个都不知道什么来历。只是用原来的牌 |

我没觉得很好吃。但是很有趣的是那里点餐叫号的有个黑哥们，说的话是押韵的，很牛
。。
如 "number 124, wait no more", "number 121, your order is done",前半部分升调
后半部分降调。我第一次去的时候站那里听了5分钟，就等着他把10个数字都叫全。。。
我给你们推荐个Italian beef吧，在Touhy上的Costco旁边有个Al's beef，是我吃过的
最好吃的Italian beef... |

看看你们去过几个？
排名第三的彼得堡的state hermitage museum，拍过电影russian ark，就记得金碧辉
煌，没看到什么画……
排第15的Yale Center for British Art我也常觉得比英国的画廊都好……小而精致，
各个时期和画家的代表作收集得很精，介绍也很精，看完印象很深。建筑也很宽敞明亮
，令人愉快，不过太亮是不是对画不好。
有个Doha的Museum of Islamic Art。希望有机会去。
台北故宫上榜，北京故宫没上，倒是北京的789工厂榜上有名。说最近有一个Duchamp
and/or/in China的展览，到六月中截止。听着挺有趣，不知道goldy去看过没。
第50名是波士顿的museum of bad art，听着很好玩，有人去过吗？

哪位费神找点数据，雪不好的年份（貌似今年如此）激不起斗志，逃税率降低。
还别说，大部分犹他的雪场关门的日子一般就是四月中，每年报税的截止日左右。

made quite a few low level mistakes, like that 5H sac over 4S, which cost
them a lot of IMPs, because 4S has no play after normal defense. It appears
that Chinese players gave Italian guys too much credit in their high level
decisions, which is rather bad IMO.

俺娘喜欢喝Italian的。开始的时候喝速溶，后来买了个滴漏的咖啡壶，搞了点磨好的
咖啡粉煮，结果就喝上瘾了。
前两年回国的时候花了几千人刀给弄了个Espresso机和磨咖啡豆的机器，然后托人给带
回国几包咖啡豆。这下老太太更高兴了，自己在家磨，做Latte。老太太血糖有点高，
让我给带回去几盒SPLENDA，还有无糖的巧克力粉，做MOCHA用。喝了几种咖啡豆，点名
就要Italian的，后来STARBUCKS出VIA速溶咖啡，也没落下，弄了几盒Italian，说上班
的时候冲。。。。
我得预备点儿咖啡知识，万一老太太哪天从哪儿听说什么蓝山咖啡打算尝尝，我得知道
去哪儿能搞到。。。。 |

1. Italian Beef. It's a Chicago thing where they take roast beef, put it in
a sandwich, top it with peppers, and dip it in beef juice. It's seriously
good. Al's has a great version, so does Mr. Beef on New Orleans.( I got a
italian beef with sausage in the sandwich there, so meaty so good)

在subway，关键是你想简单服务员还不让，非问一堆的问题，先是面包就是很多种选择
，最气人的是你告诉她了你要什么，她还追着问，比如有一次我说要 italian的面包，
她问 anything on top，我死活没明白是什么意思，后来搞清楚是问面包上面是不是要
涂点什么的那种，就是 Italian herb and cheese， 尼玛，你menu 就贴那儿，我要是
要Italian herb and cheese 我不就直接告诉你了吗。点个subway，来来回回的说个十
几分钟，后面队伍排了一长串，她反正不管。真不知道这是一种什么文化心理 |

仔细啊，我居然专门绕过旁边的“italian parsley”，买了“parsley”。。。
不过还是尝试地做成parsley tea了，整把切碎加一杯开水，泡至室温，家里没有冻冰
块的盒子，就直接整体冷藏了。每餐罐头开盖，俩猫都会立马跑来吃，再把混着碎叶的
parsley tea倒进去，俩猫就都闻一闻走开了，但是把tea跟罐头拌起来就没问题，整碗
都能吃干净，也不会把碎叶挑出来~~
这样一把parsley差不多一周就吃完了，感觉还没有什么困难，就是有几个问题问问ben
妈。
1、我以后肯定是要改买italian parsley了，两种的味道差异很大吗？希望俩猫不会只
吃parsley不吃italian parsley。
2、这个tea冷藏起来能保存多久呢？冷冻呢？我看你给的链接里好像是说每天都要喝新
鲜的~
3、我们家尝试parsley tea纯粹是为了预防保健，这样长期每天喝应该不会有副作用吧
，比如身体习惯了parsley的刺激，需要的时候反而不顶用了。。。
