pasta和
pizza，我碰巧对这两样不是太感兴趣。当然，Italian也有很多有特色的entree。
Italian最出色的是它的食材，尤其是cheese，很多法国菜要是讲究起来是要求用某些
意大利的食材的。还有，做提拉米苏用的lady finger首选是要用Italian产的。
我喜欢法国菜的选材丰富，用料rich，工艺精致。无论从视觉，味觉上，还是整体的用
餐体验上都是一种艺术的享受。此外，还有一个很personal的原因，我的父亲是一位法
语翻译，法国文化在我的成长中无处不在，我对法国尤其是巴黎和马赛有一种
emotional attachment。
我还很喜欢contemporary American菜系，它借鉴了很多法国菜的风格，同时又博采各
个菜系用料和制作之长。 |
