赞长远观点, 随着新社区逐步发展，ISD 会慢慢超越BSD. 现在已经慢慢显献出来，不
过老田又该跳出来骂我了。
Bellevue交通比issaquah好太多。不过因为交通bellevue的优越性，低收入人群都往
bellevue租房。
看你怎么balance了。

首先，搬到bellevue为了啥的都有，不全是为学区，更多为方便。belleve有几套房住
Sammamish的都有，一个小屋实在生活质量太差。真土豪还真的上班通勤？98006的房
子档次不会上98004/39, 也是苦命的工薪者的价位和房型。
通勤：(40分钟差？）比的是Bothell？比较issaquah，差5到十分钟，比较98052/98033
，98006反而要差些吧。
尖子班：BSD向其它学区招尖子学生已经有年头了，Issaquah, Redmond的学生家长不少
正是子女去bsd尖子班的原因去bellevues买。即使lwsd，isd搞尖子班，总体变化也不
会太大。但是随着该尖子班的政策变化（渐渐不招其它学区的，并且更多老墨黑AA更多
以后），它对中国人的吸引力会降低。这个才是真正的趋势。

吧 ， 在Bellevue 都躲着 ， 学区重画跟瘟神似的。98004的一块进去的都闹几年才
画下来。
mercer isd 当然不错。成绩排Bellevue前。
按成绩排，Bellevue 就是几个特烂的拖后腿 排在其他学区后。 |

你娃是lwsd/isd的牛校也就不大会这么感觉了，另外个人经验也不一样。除了Newport
，bsd的semifinals数目和其他学校不领先，而且还是历年掐尖的情况下。

我们后来还是买在1604以内Military HW上离上班大概5mile的一个小区，平时不堵车15
分钟以内，上下班25分钟以内，主要我喜欢睡懒觉，早上不喜欢起，呵呵。
对了，在N.W. Military HW上现在在新建一个小区，位置非常好，小区名字好像叫
woods of Alon,也是一个gated community,在你的budget内，这个小区对面马上还要建
一个很大的city park,环境不错，四周生活设施也很完善，感兴趣可以看看。学区来说
这边North East ISD比North side好一些 |

applying tougher penalties for under-performing teachers.
The policy will extend HISD’s school year from 175 days to 190 days.
The school year would be spread out more, beginning on August 23 and

neighborhoods close to it. If you do not like CC, there are some nice
neighborhood on Southwest Parkway. If you care more about the school
district, on Bee Cave, there are some upscale neighborhoods, Eanes ISD.

Katy isd designate several schools to cover all shool disctrict. normally
there are 1-2 classes in the designated schools, which will enroll all
eligible kis from the nearby schools, which do not have the pre-k classes.

KATY老城里不少老墨和穆斯林人。你上网搜搜KATY的人口结构就知道了。还有你周末去KATY MILLS MALL逛逛也能感觉的到。
只是因为CINCO RANCH，GRAND LAKE等几个社区的住户，40%左右都是石油能源公司的职
员，所以人口素质高些，老白也多，咱老中这几年也多起来。这也是为什么KATY ISD里
即使是个新学校也能很快地变成EXAMPERY 的原因。 |

westlake学区的房子。Westwood high school在RRISD，Westlake high school在Eanes
ISD。Westwood区老中多，周围商店多，方便，但比较拥挤。Westlake区房子更贵一些
，依山傍水，环境优美，但交通没有Westwood方便。 |

在Austin，大家讲westlake就指EanesISD。如果在Austin北面，大家喜欢上Westwood
High。
我不太清楚DFW的Westlake。 原来在Austin， 现在在Plano，对两边的学区知道一些。Austin GreatHill那边学区也很棒。Canyon Vista Middle School is very good. Very strong mathcounts team. Top 3 in state last year.
Each year top 10 state mathcounts individuals will win UT-Austin scholarship 2K.
