以希望在一个安全，安静，生活便利，学区好的地方买房子。由于有孩子，所以我们打
算一搬过去就买房。另外我们需要每天开车到TCU （Texas Christian University）附
近上班。希望可以把commute的时间控制在30分钟以内。 我们预算是180k 到 220k。
请大家推荐哪些区适合我们的要求。
如果知道好的agent， 也请推荐。

HEB在183北面也还可以，就是狠少有房。

发帖数: 2783 | 9 不去Southlake不就完了。180-220K的房子狠多的，大部分的区也算不错的，基本
都是$100上下一尺，southlake那里半米可能是最低价。

to Dallas, and come back at 5pm. it will be bad for coming two years since
they are upgrading the 121-114-26 intersection, and 121-114-635-Airport
intersection. Hopefully, it will be better after this mess.

If it is in Southlake, might go I121 south to 183, I can't
try it cos I am not in that area ... lol
But I won't think 25 - 30 miles communte is TOO far, most of
my colleagues are in that range, or even farthur.

intersection. even worse than 114S

环境熟悉了以后再买房。 |

and of course go 183W to TCU.
Anyway, I used to drive west bound 635 in the morning before, it was
ok for some reason, though everyone told me 635 is nightmare.
