Under comparison, Grand Ridge seems to be better than Woodridge & Eastgate.
Which School district is better in the long run?

average elementary school should be good enough for young kids.
If you're thinking about housing investment, BSD is still the best choice
excluding the area assigned to Sammamish High.

赞长远观点, 随着新社区逐步发展，ISD 会慢慢超越BSD. 现在已经慢慢显献出来，不
过老田又该跳出来骂我了。
Bellevue交通比issaquah好太多。不过因为交通bellevue的优越性，低收入人群都往
bellevue租房。
看你怎么balance了。

现在很纠结，到底是呆在Issaquah， 还是在Bellevue投资一套房。
另外，也请推荐，Grand Ridge afterschool program 可以从学校 pickup 的（最好
有tutor， 学习性质的。）和钢琴老师。 谢谢。 |

House price will not be only factor, Seattle's belltown area is far more
expensive than 98006, its school is one of the worst in this area. For
Bellevue, 98007/98008 is similar.
