school is OK, not bad. If you like new houses, there are some, but not many
in Eanes ISD, but pricy. Lake Travis ISD is a good ISD and Lake Travis HS is
a good HS too. There are lots of new houses building along 620. |

最新的开发区creekside就是属于tomball isd的，高中（tomball high school）一般
，只有7分好像。Tomball还有一个新的高中Tomball Memorial high，9分，很不错，那
个附近发展的很快，不过commute到woodlands暂时不是很方便，但是grand parkway建
好以后就会很快。
我觉得如果你的预算能提到40W左右的话，可选择的房子会多很多
另外有一个很好的网站

们都不会知道。
我见到的别的builder salesman 都是尽量给你低价格，这样你就会买他们了。
你有什么推荐的呢？我可以查查看看合适不，或者这里有没有。不过，我都跑遍了整个
休斯顿北面了，去了几乎所有的builder。

katy 很好，但是对我们不知是不是合适，我老公在45/8 边上，以后说不定公司要搬到
woodland，我还指望他近一些，我工作忙时，他可以多顾家。

像bsd搞到高中。isd如果小孩出色直接跳n年级，没啥区别。isd和lwsd排名都比bsd高
。bsd真正牛校就newport，如果不在Newport区的就不用吹bsd了，中小学没法和lwsd/
isd比。 |

体评价bsd完败于isd/lwsd也有日子了。
老中要买学区房，就006，其他区就得考虑多走路去lwsd和isd了。

those questions, then you should find a bette realtor who will give you good
education about those areas.
All those zip codes have houses ranging from 200-600K. It all depends which
subdivision that you want and what kind of house that you like.
Those zip codes have Frisco ISD, Plano ISD and Allen ISD. You have to narrow
down where you want to send your kids to schools and then drive around to

发帖数: 26 | 19 不好意思,德州这边的房子跟湾区的比,那个个都够漂亮,新屋就跟豪宅差不多了。学区
也是一样，看greatschools.net，那Frisco ISD, Plano ISD and Allen ISD都是好学
校，除了个别plano的小学亚裔比例很高，别的也不知道该挑什么。当然我看来看去比
较倾向75013，交通比较方便，离121和75都不远，房子又比plano的新。学校方面我看
到2010年8月要新增一个cheatham小学，不知道新小学大家都愿意去呢，还是倾向观望
几年？
75013的几个subdivision我还真没看出什么道道来。都是挺整齐的一片片新房，只不过
有的还有正在建的房子。挑subdivision主要是挑那些方面呢？我都把精力关注在一个
个具体房子上了。builder的新房看着都很漂亮。当然细挑的话，小细节方面有些不同
。per sq ft价格方面，我看的新房旧房大多在$100-$110/sq ft之间。所以我听了朋友
说的能到$80/sq ft才有最上面一问，因为我没看到过这个价位的，也不知道这边买新
屋和二手屋大多能够杀价百分之几。杀多了怕喜欢的买不到，那当然也不愿 |

recruiters.
You may check the universities that first and second place students went in
all previous years in Allen ISD. Not many good ones.
However, in PISD, many students in top 10 will always go to Ivy schools.

发帖数: 5148 | 22 Friendswood 的房子属于两个学区. FRIENDSWOOD ISD 和CLEAR CREEK ISD.
如果住在FRIENDSWOOD ISD的学区就很好.高中很不错.在CCISD就差很多了.FRIENDSWOOD
的房子比较新,价钱也较贵,在CCISD的房子就便宜许多.另外就是FRIENDSWOOD的地势低
一些,容易FLOODING一点.
还有一个选择是做CLEAR LAKE,学区很不错.社区也很好.比FRIENDSWOOD方便许多.象有
孩子的,中文学校什么的都在这边.不过房子要旧一些. |

Plano ISD is one of the best school districts in DFW area. Many people like
to buy houses in 75025 or 75024.House price is affordable in these two zip
codes. Houses in 75093 are kind of a little bit higher
price.
The best middle school is Rice Middle school. Its feeder school is Jasper
High School and West Plano High School. Skaggs, Wyatt and Andrew elementary
feed to Rice.

校太多，priority是如何让烂校水平提高，而不是如何differentiate。这从学校拨款
上就可以看出来。请问Bowie全美排名排到哪里了？快到1000了？开了多少AP课程，
STARR考试成绩如何？所以CC只有从AISD里独立出来才会好。跟Lake Travis ISD比，CC
就差一些。LT ISD学区小，就一个高中，资金充足，附近居民富裕，这几年初中，高中
都成了exemp。快赶上Eanes ISD了。反观Bowie, 包括那个新开的初中，根本没啥起色
。我知道住CC的老中，都不去那里读初中，高中的，都是去考magnet program，娃儿起
早贪黑地坐长途校车去上学。 |

不管国籍身份，只要是在该ISD,他们就会根据住址让你去选学校。但是不帮助学生来美
国。
我问过几个私立学校，被告知不提供帮助来美国。到了这里可以申请。

grade). it is not that hard for Chinese kids to pass those admission exams
like NAAT Cogat Star...if you study hard...
I know 3 kids they all passed and going to it next school year.
Again, in Dallas ISD, dont go to any public schools except the magnet
schools.
So my 2 cents: living in Dallas ISD then go to magnet schools or moving out
Dallas ISD.
If you can go to the private, then it is another story.

就我所知, 在DALLAS ISD公立学校都不行. 但是MAGNET SCHOOLs 例外such as W.B
Travis TAG, Dealey Montessori… 或者私立学校也不错。。。。
所以要住在ＤＡＬＬＡＳ， 这是比较好的选择但是要推孩子和住旧房子。
不行的话， 就PLANO, 天天堵车喽。 |

华攻读博士学位项目用于资助外国学生来华攻读博士学位。
项目介绍
基本学习期限为4 年，学习期满，完成教学计划规定的课程，成绩合格，修满学分，并
完成学位论文，通过答辩者，经校学位评定委员会审核批准后，颁发北京大学毕业证书
并授予学位。学习方式为全日制。授课语言为中文。
招生专业主要为人文社科领域。具体招生专业和导师信息请参见附件。

生活津贴及住宿费8万元人民币/年
课题调研费2万元人民币/年

从纯经贸角度去讨论TPP协议对中国经贸未来前景会产生何等样的后果，实际上是“瞄
错了靶心”。诸如将缔约国已经很低的关税降至零、将劳工保护标准提高到发达国家水
平、反对对国有企业进行补贴、反对汇率操纵等等“枝节”，我认为都只是TPP谈判的
烟雾弹，是为了掩饰其核心目标：夺取超越国家主权、进而间接主导主权国家政策法规
制定和实施的贸易冲突仲裁司法权！
也就是说，有关“投资方－国家争端解决机制”（ISDS）才是TPP协议之要害所在。只
有从这个角度出发，方可洞悉为何TPP要抛开WTO而另起炉灶。
在WTO模式下，外国投资方必须遵守所在国国家法律法规。一旦发生利益纠纷，所在国
拥有司法裁判权。如果投资方不服还可以上诉到世贸组织。但投资方必须通过其所属国
才能上诉到世贸组织，因为只有主权国家才有权提出诉讼，也只有世贸组织成员国才拥
有解决贸易争端机制的最终控制权，包括选择仲裁机构的权利。
但是TPP协议中的ISDS机制则将提出诉讼和仲裁的权利从主权国家手中夺走，而交到跨
国投资公司和某些类似“国际投资争端解决中心”等设在华盛顿、纽约等地的“国际”
