completely ruled out. But for management, it is not an emergency anymore at
this time (for ischemic stroke, tPA window period is 3.5 to 4 hours. For TIA
, statins and aspirin are all you need to do plus source investigation.

just from the symptoms, it is likely acute myocardial infarction (AMI). it
could also be severe angina without infarction. in the majority of cases,
the primary cause is vascular. alternatively, in certain circumstances,
problems in the conduction system can cause hemodynamic disturbances severe
enough to cause heart attacks.
AMI, depending on where it occurs, can damage the conduction system too.

疾病。 控制高血压，高血脂，吸烟这些危险因素重要啊。这里的医生/医学生并不知道
具体的病情，什么样的症状和遗留的功能损害，所以最多只是提供一些建议。
肺炎是中风病人的常见并发症之一。 60% 是由于中风导致的吞咽功能失调，包括咽喉
肌肉的运动和感觉功能，或其他原因等等而导致的吸入性肺炎。 可能是吸入口咽的细
菌，也可能不是细菌，是化学物比如胃酸对肺部的刺激等。 如果是细菌感染，胸部X光
片应该可以看出。留深部痰做多次药敏选择抗生素应该能够找到合适的药物，如果是吸
入性肺炎，抗菌素是一线的clindamycin克林霉素，或ampicillin-sulbactam氨苄西林-
舒巴坦。头孢，环丙沙星等其他的抗菌素不是很推荐的。如果是化学性的或者气道阻塞
导致的肺炎，抗菌素是不管用的，只是支持肺部的呼吸功能的治疗。所以，根据病人的
具体情况，看他到底是那种原因导致的肺炎，好治疗和预防。
的确如A医生说的，增加血液的粘稠度，比如脱水，蛋白过多，没有抗凝治疗，还会导

I was trying very hard looking for any early signs of ischemic stroke, and
was questioning if there is dense MCA sign at the right silvan fissure,
which could be called by the radiologist in china as " a thrombus".
The other two early findings ischemic stroke are loss of grey-white matter
differentiation and insula ribbons, which I can't tell from the quality of
the images at all.

从事件过程可以初步了解曾老人在事件中的行踪。他先是坐在旅店前厅沙发上，然后被
瑞典警察强制拖到街上。再后来他被单独架上一辆警车。然后被从车上推下。在所有与
事件有关的资讯中，我们能看到的只是他被两名警察拖出旅店俯身躺在地上，没有任何

昨天，这些人折腾了一天，白天，晚上皮啦啦，也不知道谁把谁杀了，谁把谁带走了。
反正我先生和孩子被绑架了，就不知道是不是已经遇害了。我本来是打算睡觉的，但他
们头上，地下装电磁波攻击器，让我几乎窒息。虽然我没倒下，但其实他们在我身上扎

cardiac transplant is not something that can be taken lightly, afterwards
you have to take immunosuppressants to prevent rejection, which could
patient at immunocompromised state,
for dilated non-ischemic cardiomyopathy, mostly still medical management,
not sure of her medical regimens are fine tuned enough, also she'd need an
AICD placement as well, |

the 1) ischemic neuropathy causing by the artery stenois in the leg or the
pelvic 2) avascular necrosis in the hip 3) other polyneuropathy.
Demerol usually does not help much in the severe neuropathic pain. for
more suggestions, you may give me more information via this wed email. |

found arteriosclerotic lesions w/ a unilateral 50% carotid artery stenosis
on the right side. currently taking aspirin & lopressor. should she
consider lacipil as her first line agent for hypertension instead?
also, what are the early signs of ischemic stroke? any home emergency
treatment to minimize the damage once symptoms occur?

stenosis will be called significant while in reality <70% stenosis is often
not flow limiting and will not cause ischemic symptoms, so for coronary

hospital setting, ER or ICU. This agent will resolve clots which cause acute
ischemic stroke, and also has the risk of serious bleeding. If it is a
hemorrhagic stroke, this meds can't be infused at all. I think big hospitals
in China should have this kind of meds, but not every hospital can do
critical triage to stroke patients. Even in USA, you have to know which
hospital close to your home has the stroke center or stroke |

information to throw any comments.
Roughly, the drug of choice is thiazide (HCTZ), but this patient needs at
least two antihypertensives to get the blood pressure well controlled. I
would like to say Captopril is the other.
By the way, if the stroke is ischemic one, aspirin is a must. |

then try to identify the etiology, since some of them are curable or
treatable, run echocardiography (if embolus found, then warfarin) or carotid
doppler (if stenosis, CEA). If the ischemia comes from thrombosis or
anthersclerosis, then aspirin is DOC. |
