Academic Position for Assistant Professor
The Paul C. Lauterbur Imaging Center in SIAT of Chinese Academy of Sciences
is offering a fulltime position as entry level Assistant Professor.
Candidates are expected to hold a PhD degree in BME, Computer Science or
Neuroscience. Research experience in neuroscience, neurology, and/or
neuroimaging is highly desirable. Familarity with functional MR analysis and
computer programming skills (C/C++, Matlab) are required.
The primary responsibility of the employee will be participation in multiple
research projects related to brain physiology, plasticity, microstructure
and pathology such as ischemic stroke, Alzheimer’s disease, and tumor.
SIAT of Chinese Academy of Sciences is located in Shenzhen, Guangdong
Province of China http://www.siat.cas.cn/, a city that favors basic scientific research specifically for young scholars. Applicaitons from qualified Chinese and international candidates are equally welcome.
