我个人有幸同时参与了好几次both SVCA和UAAFA的活动(参与的每次都是具体的活动,
而不是座而论道的类型),基于我的观察,SVCA和UAAFA都是做具体实在事情的组织。
UAAFA里面的好些朋友我都很喜欢,包括GAS,Chris,Sugar,Sunny等等,都是很
impressive在做着具体事务,而不是华人常见的坐而论道类型。同样的,SVCA里面的好
多朋友我也很喜欢,比如Lint, Tony,Brian,还有好些一起参加了好些活动的战友,
都是在做着各自事情,为了反SCA 5而战。
真因为如此,我才特别的希望这2个各自在做着很impressive实事的组织能和睦相处进
而走向可能的合作。我真心希望本来就处于弱势的华人在大敌当前的时候能团结起来,
让我们一起给我们下一代斗争出一个明天来!

最近在advise undergraduate students.
发现一个好玩的现象。
在田纳西和阿拉巴马,传播系的本科生都被要求上两门连续的历史课。在田纳西的时候
,学生可以从以下两个sequences来选一个:world civilization 或者是western
civilization. 在阿拉巴马这里,学生的选择却变成了:western civilization 或者
是American civilization. 我不知道这两个学校课程设置的区别是巧合还是必然,但
是,相比之下,阿拉巴马确实是比较的tuned inward, 而田纳西确实是比较的tuned
towards outside. 田纳西强调globalization, 而阿拉巴马强调racial diversity和
community service. 毕竟,田纳西是research I,而阿拉巴马的校门上写着Teaching,
research, service. 在田州的时候,我常常还会鼓励学生去选world civilization,

this means, assuming you start with your right hand, palm toward outside,
when you rotate counter clockwise from top view until the palm is pointing
at you, it is rotating inward by your definition; then you continue rotate
your hand in the same direction, you are doing outward rotation.

mistake!. I didn't know that when I squatted up my knees tended to move
inward. For back squat I need to keep my chest up .

in upswing, and slow down the tempo on the top, iron should be pointing to
the target line. Try some pitching shots w/ PW to get the feeling of hand

I am a new foot at running.
First experienced knee ache after 3 weeks of running, went to special
running shoe store,was told my right foot rolls inward excessively, got
stability shoes and the issue went away.
Then I read here that stability shoes are bad, so I adjusted my running form
, starts to wear neutral shoes, everything was fine for 7 weeks, till last

I have extreme over-pronation (inward) and used to be 200lb. One salesperson
recommended Kayano. But the shoes felt too strange so I went on without
support. Shoes get torn apart quickly just over 200 miles, probably because
of overpron, but feet and knees are OK. So it may or may not matter.

sorry for the confusion. what i said was "想着要让大拇指食指中指先出水。”
which meant "trying the best to finsh pushing the water with these three
fingers. it still meant rotating inwards with the arm." actucally ppl with
good flexibility realy can break water with these fingers. lie on your
stomach with arms straight along your body and palms facing up.Can you
further turn you palm more to lift these fingers up while keep the other two
touching the bed?

Shots of what appear to be a PSP2 dev kit have surfaced.
The grainy images, which you can see over on VG247, clearly show two
thumbsticks, as well as the rumoured trackpad on the rear and twin cameras
– one facing inwards, one outwards.
The shots, which VG247 promises are the real deal, do not apparently show
