1。美联航芝加哥飞路易威尔的周日末班航班，登机前因为超售自愿改签1人后开始登机。
2。一个四人standby 机组突然需要在周一在路易威尔执勤。
3。机组向乘客提出需要四人自愿改签，提供食宿+200刀代金券，后来升到400，最后
800。然后因为没有乘客自愿改签，改为筛选四人强制改签。
5。69岁亚裔男子拒绝改签离机。
6。机组要求下芝加哥空警介入。
7。亚裔男子被警察强制带离飞机，期间脸部受伤出血。后重新登机，再次被警察强制
离机送去医院。
8。推特爆炸。
然后为啥这个事件美国爆炸那么厉害？首先视频里这位男子满嘴鲜血引起了大众同情心
，然后前几天美联航还发生了一次上了头条的拒载事件余波未平（那次惹毛了一大堆白
左女权）于是瞬间美国网络上新闻上全部爆炸，完全的PR灾难。
因为拒载事件那次就是2个用家人员工福利的2个小姑娘因为服饰原因在登机口被拒载闹
得沸沸扬扬（用员工福利的必须衣饰得体-至少Business Casual这条好像全世界航空公
司都有）。于是大部分人看到四名员工的第一反应就是他们是坐免费顺风机的。美国人

The interesting thing is that those over 30 cars involved in the accident
were not all together. The cars involed in the accident are scatted in 3
sections (each sections are about 20 meters away). I guess that not only
people drive too fast, but also they follow the car ahead too close.

速度和变向，加上比较稳定的远投/中投（ 最近练球练得很勤，投篮有一种突破瓶颈，
茅塞顿开的感觉 ）。
自己很喜欢这种感觉，因为练球的时候，我知道什么时候，在什么位置，以什么姿势和
手型，我该出手-大概命中率会是多少；球进了，我再回想一下刚才的过程，下次投的
时候再巩固这种 whole process；球不进，能马上感觉出那个环节不对，下次改进。
但其实我很enjoy 助攻的感觉，我跟愿意pass the ball， get my team mates

高踏频好处：对膝盖损伤小，慢肌肉也就是耐力型肌肉involve多；快肌肉也就是力量
型肌肉invole少，肌肉乳酸积累少，所以大腿不容易疲劳；
高踏频坏处：对车做的功是一样的，但克服腿本身做的功多了。最佳踏频，应该是中间
