刚来美国时的英文老师有个建议，她建议外国学生多看Sex and the City和Sienfield，
说是这两个片子里的角色的intonation非常好，对学口语比较有利
另外如果能承受得了的话，可以考虑看看comedian central之类的台，对拓宽俗语俚语
的接受能力比较有利。这些台我看不下去，不过好在我工作中接触的蓝领比较多，所以
也不是特别需要看，呵呵 |

发帖数: 944 | 11 还好了， 一年多，每周两次，每次一小时。其实纠正前，自己不觉得口语有什么问题
的。但没想到花了一年多才差不多。
纠正的pronouciation 包括 th （测试后，我才发现根本听不出d跟voiced th的区别）
, r (ar,er,ur, or). 还有v (我不会跟w混，但在尾音时，我会发成清音：f）,Z （
有些词，我读成清音s). 还有说话时，单复数，时态有时混着来。 还有intonation。
还是挺有意思的。
练咗好耐。。。累死

My first experiment had English words read in isolation and my
Chinese subjects did a great job in identifying the stress.
Duanmu says that English stress is easy to perceive because of
the cue in F0, etc.
In my second experiment, the target weird English words are
placed at the end of short sentences and the sentences are
read in a rising intonation like yes/no questions.
This time, my subjects made many mistakes in identifying the
stress. They say that it's harder this time.

身的拷贝数就很低。
如果物种的 genome 已经测序过的，可以看看这个基因的拷贝数。也可以算一下一个细
胞的 DNA 大概是多少 DNA，然后算算你放进去的DNA的量可以折算成几个拷贝。
一般1个bp 大概 10^(-9) pg。1 Mb gDNA ～1 fg。如果一套基因组大小是 1 GB，那么
～1000 fg ＝ ～1 pg。如果你放了 10 ng，单拷贝的基因就是 10^4 拷贝。
当然 genome PCR 的条件也需要 optimized。比如先要 95 C denature 5 min，前面的
一些 cycles 的annealing 和 extension 的时间长些，等等。
再就是根据你 amplify plasmid的结果（slope），看看你的 PCR amplification 的
efficiency。如果 efficiency 很低，那么大genome 里面的低拷贝的基因就更需要多
个 cycles。 |

最近一年以来，俺娃教会了我 怎么发Apple的a, 和Apple 的l.还有downtown, calm
down, 以前学了那么多年都没学会过.
只有他教了我L 之后，才发现自己以前L这个音全是吃掉的。小宝教了我无数遍calm
down, 俺现在终于有点感觉了

我家小宝讲calm down似乎是发l的音的。他很耐心的教了我好多遍。最后有点不耐烦了
，我不管说啥，他就回答，"Oh, mom, you are great!"

小宝平时说world的时候, l 音也特别明显。我念world, 跟 word没区别。
其实如果慢慢讲话，或者是朗读，可能发音还好一些。就怕是很激动的开始跟别人讲话
，又讲的很快，又要同时监督每一个时态和语法，那会儿就把发音忘到天边去了。
还有，个人感觉intonation 也挺重要的。每次我开始平平的，没有抑扬顿挫的讲话，
明显能感觉到听的人就没那么感兴趣了, 偶尔能看到别人忍不住要打哈欠。要监督自己
表情丰富，讲话音调有起伏。挺困难的...
其实跟SP讲话还好啦，不用表现的那么激动. |
