经过版里筒子一顿教训，楼主知错了。。H1B的确来之不易。。楼主也想好了，先保H1B
为重。
没想到今天又有新进展！！
新公司的HR打电话来说，他们有可能说服律师帮楼主transfer H1B！但有一个前提：无
论denial还是approval，都必须选择新公司了，i.e.，不能说transfer denial的话还
想回旧公司。
现在楼主想跟大家分享一下最近搜索到的所有关于10月之前transfer的信息。也求大家
知道的信息和input！
1. 楼主给至少15个移民律师打过电话，大概一半说可以，一半说不行。说不行的律师
大多提到了移民局最近的新规定新理解，就是10月之前的transfer不能exempt from
cap。而在2014年之前都是可以的。
2. 在所有说可以的律师里面，楼主选择了张大钦律师进行深入交谈并做了500刀的付费

不过是 interpret mode 运行，其实就是重写了一个 PHP interpreter, 或许性能比现
有的 interpreter 强， 但是如果直接用 JVM language (java , Scala ) 会不会更快
呢？ 我的意思是， 当时拘泥于 PHP 这个 low-entry barrier 的技术， 可以雇到更
多 developer (或者更可能的原因是小马不会别的， 又不愿学， 结果拉所以人跟他一
起背这个 tech debt) 长痛不如短痛， 早换 java 长期看的 investment 要比现在在

interpreter's presence...如果hospital interpreter发现中间有不对的地方，可以
向医生指出来，如果情况严重，依情况处理，让家人回避等等等等。。。但法律规定，

couple with an interpreter there trying to get B2 Visa. The old couple do
not speak Mandarin so the interpreter had to do the translation for them.
If the interpreter could get in there, I think there must be special rules
allow third party to get in with Visa applicants. Better check with the US

I once did an interpreter job for a group of CEOs from China, about 5 people, for
their 3 day trip to Chicago. $200/day excluding all meals, transportations
and tickets. I was student at that time, not professional interpreter at all.
Look at the part-time interpreter salary here, $50-$100/hour is the minimum.
I can't believe 15 EMBAs could not afford this.

He meant the overrule allowed misleading languages
to stay in place?
hmm.....That's not how I understand the ruling. The ruling meant the
district court actually supported the interpretation that a 2/3 majority is
required for tax increases. It's all that is needed for the requirement.
