历史上对于量子力学解释有
两个基本问题
第一个问题已解决
而第二个还没有
第一个问题是关于量子力学的完备性的问题
爱因斯坦一直认为量子力学是不完备的
因为他觉得“上帝是不掷骰子”
而量子力学指出量子的行为就是几率的
而爱对量子力学对微观粒子的这种几率解释不太爽
这是么意思呢？
打个比方。
在经典宏观世界里
让一辆汽车沿直线跑
如果给定初始条件（起始点，速度，假设无其他作用力）
你可以预测这车在某时刻的位置 （初中物理）
但在量子世界里
是如果让电子沿着某细管跑
如果给定初始条件
你无法预测这电子在某时刻的位置
你只能预测它在某时刻，出现在某位置的几率
按照量子力学的观点来讲
电子实际上是弥撒在整个细管里
这就是量子的几率特性
这几种率特性是量子体系固有额特性，还是理论缺陷造成呢？
爱因斯坦认为是后者
但是后来实验证明（贝尔不等式的验证）几率特性确实是量子固有额特性
所以现在量子力学的完备性已被证实。

当医学口译是不需要有执照的，没有政府或组织就在发执照（license),所以要是有人
说给你毕业发执照的那基本上就是骗人的啦。
但是，无论是进医院当全职口译，兼职口译， 志愿者口译，或者是当电话翻译，或者
是freelance interpreter,都需要有培训证书，也就是training certificate。至少40
个小时。也不用太长了，尤其对于本身就是医生的人来讲， 多于60个小时就是浪费钱
了。
拥有Certificate不等于你是certified. 要想成为Certified medical/healthcare
interpreter, 需要考National certification exam. 目前有两家职业联合会在办，一
家叫做National Board of Certification for Medical Interpreters, 还有一家叫
Certification Commission for Healthcare Interpreters. 只有考下来这两家中的一

interpreter决定的。我没用过ide，但我猜测原因是ide启动时自动开启了一个R
interpreter，然后你手动打开一个其他目录的script，但是编辑器打开script是不会
更改R interpreter的working directory。
我用emacs就可以直接调用同目录文件，因为默认是在当前script的目录开启R

内容提要：近代苏鲁地主对佃农拥有初夜权。这一权力的实施是社会结构异变的结
果。这里的社会分化为占有大量土地的利益集团(大地主)与大量占地较少的贫民群体，
社会结构演化为缺乏中间阶层的哑铃形而非金字塔形。掌握行政、军事和经济等各种权
力的大地主，基本上不受程序化的法规制约，多沉湎于本能型的享受，无法追求高成就
动机人格。一方面，他们利用国家优裕的政策，对贫民实施包括初夜权在内的各种超经
济剥夺；另一方面，他们利用对下层民众的控制，经常策动成千上万的贫民反叛代表社
会上层利益的国家，以获得更多的非法利益，他们的终极理想是成为享受更大肉欲的封
建君主。

I interpret what you said as: they projected unemployment was going to hit
