现在纠结于Honda Accord和Insight之间。Accord贵一点，马力大，稍微耗油。Insight
便宜一些，又是Hybrid.

发帖数: 142 | 12 还是挺简单的。拆后坐花了些时间，最后发现只要底下四个螺丝一拆，一提就下来。刚
开始，白花了一
把子力气往上推。
连线的时候，发现第二代的civic hybrid和网上的insight hybrid电池设计还是有不少
的区别
的。默认情况下，如果没有打开车，电池正负极之间是没有电压的。有一个solenoid，
只有当钥匙放到
ON的时候，才会连同电路。为了可以不开车充电，需要找到另外一个电极，来by-pass
这个
solenoid。Insight的电池的断开控制电路放在了正极上，而civic的在负极。为了这个
，折腾了半
天。把电池整个抱了下来。好重啊。132个D号大电池，不是吃干饭的。反复测了许多接
口，观察了半天
电路，才找到这个位置，测到了175v的高电压。
之后就简单了，紧接着正极，用一个1000v反向击穿的diode确保只能给电池充电，而没
有漏电的危
险。然后把电线接好，另外一端连接一个标准的socket。我选的PC机的那种recessed
male
connector，防止电极露出来。电压源买的是一个180v的型号，160v-190v的工作范围，
200mA
max。

发帖数: 109 | 13 本人打算买个小车做日常COMMUTE之用，目前开得也不多。
价格控制在2万以内，目前看了几款车，但是很犹豫：
1.MINI COOPER
主要担心德国车开不了几年小毛病不断，maintance贵。想大不了开几年，过了保修期
就卖掉，不晓得mini好卖不。
2.HONDA FIT
因为国产化了 国内卖得比较便宜，因此又觉得买这款有点不划算。但是各项指标都不
错，可靠性很高，在us news car ranking的小车排名中一直是第一。
3.FIAT 500
欧洲车，目前可靠性还有待时间检验，价格比MINI便宜，但耗油量和MINI没有太大区别
，长得很像甲壳虫。玩具车的有一个系列吧自己觉得。
4.同时考虑2款HYBIRD，honda insight和toyato prius。老公公司可以补贴3000刀。但
是2款车型都很丑，至少我觉得，倒是非常省油，但是insight不够给力，排量小。总之
车确实不好看，但都是4门得，到是比较实用。
不想买神车，也不想开不了多久毛病多，但是又很喜欢MINI，犹豫徘徊中，盼建议！谢

发帖数: 9999 | 14 需要给LD搞辆车了，绝大多数时间只需要从家到P&R大概2mile左右的距离，偶尔需要开
长一点，要求是价格小于25k，自动挡，小（好开好趴），四门（后座放娃方便），
hatchback（跟sedan相比一样长短但空间大的多），省油，fun to drive（我也会偶尔
开开），最重要的一点，安全，subcompact不考虑了因为一旦出车祸太吃亏，midsize
以上的不经济而且在P&R趴车比较累（LD水平不高）。网上研究了一下好像满足这些要
求的也就剩下golf, mazda 3(hatchback), 和subaru impreza(hatchback)这几个了。
golf我很喜欢，但价钱也最贵，加些配置的话比另外两个贵不少，而且2.5的话mpg比较
低，tdi的话价钱就更高了。2012 impreza mpg跟上代比一下高出很多，而且有awd的优
势（一年可能会用上7天左右），但2012新款的样子太难看了，看着跟5年前的kia一样
。今天发现mazda 3今年新上了个skyactive的发动机，居然hwy mpg暴增到39，据说靠
的是狂增压缩比实现的，不知道可靠性会不会受影响。但... 阅读全帖 |

发帖数: 9999 | 16 tmmd上班时间居然灌出这么大的水，我自己都吃惊。把所有的都集中了一下并在后面加了照片。
前阵子不是刚买了23k的顶配focus嘛，还写了作业（http://www.mitbbs.com/article_t0/Automobile/33122083.html），但开了差不多一个月便萌生了换车的念头。最主要的原因还是以前提到的steering wandering的问题，就是开着开着感觉车自己突然产生了自己的想法自动往旁边偏一下，这个跟侧风无关，实际上方向盘正常的时候车还是很稳的，悬挂硬加上大轮胎，即使有侧风也没啥感觉。ford针对这个问题发布了一个TSB，按照TSB，dealer把整个转向系统都换了一遍，症状有所减轻，但还是时不时会出现一下，搞得每天开车都紧张兮兮的生怕车自己跑一边去。在dealer那里test drive了几辆发现都有类似问题，轻重不同而已，所以我猜是设计问题，也就放弃让dealer继续修了。
再有就是gas milage，focus号称27/37，但我每天上下班commute大部分都是高速平均

下一辆车的标准还是一样，希望是小车，省油，有倒车摄像头（LD的要求）。除了
focus之外也就prius和insight了（如果golf tdi有倒车摄像头的话肯定毫不犹豫的就
买了）。在这两者之间更倾向于prius，insight是个half-ass job，除了比prius便宜
没啥优点。prius有普通hatchback, C, 和V。C太小，后座基本没法用，V太大，LD觉得
handle不了，而且C和V看上去好像是临时拼凑出来的东西，尤其是屁股，远没有普通
prius HB流畅，所以就决定买prius HB了。test drive了一辆感觉还行，自然谈不上什
么驾驶乐趣，但至少中规中矩没有什么unexpected behavior（后面会详细对比focus和
prius）。
然后就给周围的dealer发信，打电话，价格貌似都很坚挺，尤其是12版的，就是MSRP象
征性的降一点而已，因为有trade-in，所以单独谈prius的价钱没有意义，我的心理价

leaning towards that he's already strengthened the cabin with his expertise.
Otherwise, how stupid would he if trying to breaking the record with just a

关于这个问题吗，宝马在07年开始介绍他的start stop feature.最初用在08款的mini
系列上， 其实早在上个世纪本田公司就有这个技术了，当时用在日本99款的insight
上，叫idle stop，因为第一代的insight不是每个人都了解，这里就提一下人人皆知的
civic，02年进入美国市场的civic油电混也用这个技术，直到现在都是，就是车子停下
来以后引擎自动关闭，松开刹车后引擎启动。目的为了省油和环保。当时还达到了加州
at-pzev的标准，也是世界上第一款达到这个排放标准的家用车。
说好不好用之前我先说一下这个技术的影响，很多人认为这个一定会伤引擎，一起一停
的，其实这个技术对引擎没什么问题，反倒是对电池的负荷能力要求更高，那么也是为
什么honda只用这个技术在他的邮电混合系列因为有专门的高效电池。
那么像宝马，福特这样的车厂要用这个技术，但是又不愿意花高成本配置一个镍氢电池
或锂电池的情况下，早先只能使用改良的12v铅酸电池，带AGM技术的，但是这种电池虽
然比普通的12v电池有5倍强的充电能力从而能有效承载频繁启动带来的电流负荷。但是

hybrid, 市场定位和Prius C低端型号竞争。 就舒适度和保值性，Prius 完败 Insight
/CRZ；油耗大家都在50mpg附近；安全性大家都轻，怕碰撞；操纵性大家都谈不上.

你最后那句讲的很好，我们就是胡子比他们长一些，讲些经验的话，给年轻人一点定心
丸，但从 insight 上讲，他们反倒做了我的老师。自从和那个学生短暂接触以后，我
就一直在找下一个这样的 insightful character，可是可遇不可求啊，十年就一回 :)
等到20年后退休回头再看，这些才是 career 的 highlight，什么大奖，大funding，
以后根本记不起来。 |

试的经验，对design问题的经验和对System方面的经验。所以有两点想提醒你一下，希
望对你有点帮助。
第一，关于面试。面试对于公司来说，就是面试官对你百般提问，最后对你做一个判断
的过程。所以不管他问的问题或者方式你喜不喜欢，你都要去适应。不要觉得没有按照
自己的意思讲完，或者被追究一些看似不重要的细节，好像很无聊。从面试官的角度去
理解，你就会明白他为什么这么做。
在45分钟内，他有明确的目的和期望，想了解你某些方面的知识或者能力。比如你很快
讲出一个关键的算法思想，那么他可能就觉得这个点上已经okay了，不用长篇大论。所
以就很可能打断你然后进行下一项，比如写code。
对于coding，有些简单的题目，没有很复杂的算法，考察的点之一可能就是看你是否能
把基本的逻辑写对，是不是一个detail-oriented的人，是不是自己可以发现自己的错
误，不需要别人的提醒或者提示，等等。你可能觉得不就是==NULL写成!=NULL了么，有
