日得到上次SR的回复，说我的案子到了adjudication offer手里，60天内会有实际行动
。但是，现在60天已过，还是毫无进展，我刚想再做一次SR，但律师刚刚给我发信说，
她看到60天没动静已经又给我做了一个follow up inquiry，并解释说那不是SR，说“
NCSC follow up is the next level in the inquiry process. ”，21天内会得到一
个回复，建议在那之前不要再做SR，否则或许会有副作用反而使案子变慢。
结果律师的NCSC follow up很快（5天）就得到了回复：“Based on your inquiry, we
have reviewed the status of your case and found that it remains under

personal一张business，则inquiries不合并，这个叫two browser trick，那么请问其
它银行是什么情况？
同时申请US Bank两张卡，比如一个personal Carlson，一个business Carlson，会合
并成一个inquiry么？
同样的同时申请Chase两张卡，比如一个personal priority club，一个business
inkplus，两个inquiries 会合并么? 如果不申请business而是申请两张personal，情
况会不同么？

自动回复说在posted processing time里面。看来二月份的140应该很快了，要不就九
月初全部上inquiry.官方说明如下

INQUIRY,就像是你每次申请信用卡之前,小字都会说明这个会记录在你的报告里.
因此,你那个INQUIRY,不是因为LATE.
信用报告的资料都是实时的.你如果现在知道有HARD,马上去ORDER,马上就能看见,不需
要等任何时间.
再补充一下,银行平时如果对你进行REVIEW什么的,他们可以自动发起SOFT,不影响你的
信用.你的LATE PAYMENT,如果银行要重估你的情况,也只会SOFT你. |

两大选项，是不是应该选择Case Inquiry --> Case outside normal processing time?

b. Did not receive notice by mail

d. Did not receive document by mail
2. Service Request
a. Appointment Accommodations
b. Typographic Error

现在在准备loan，想在不同的银行去看看他们能给的最好的offer.可是这样的话好像每
一家都会run credit report，有loan inquiry. 这样的话是不是对我的credit 有影响
啊？其实我自己是打算用一家网上的银行，因为它的rate什么的会比较好些。但是我也
在local的银行那里主要了解了解这里面的东西，各种option什么的，如果和人当面说
的话总会更加清楚些。但是这样的话每个银行好像都要做一个loan inquiry。这样的话
有什么不好的后果吗？

Soft inquiries only give a rough credit score, but most rental and untility
companies are more interested in your full payment history than a score.
This is very common. Live with it and move on. |

inquiry才扣5分。另外，如果我新开一个4k limit的cc，能加4分。还有其他的项目，
比如关卡之类。
这么看来，hard pull对分数也没有太大的影响？之前我碰到一些小offer都不敢申请，
怕hard pull 拉分。如果3次hard pull只扣5分的话，3*100~200的小offer是不是还是
很值？
请大牛指点一下，是这个Credit Score Simulator不准，还是我之前过高的估计了hard
pull的负面影响？ |

7月一个，8月一个。
7月的是因为我申请了一张CC，应该没问题。
8月的我就不知道了，难道是LATE了3天被HARD了一下，这帮人至于吗？急吼吼的，怕我
不还钱吗？
但是Karma里不能查到具体的INQUIRY。
我如果查信用报告的话，估计要多长时间以后才能查到这个月的情况？3个月吗？ |

karma里hard inquiry那项是1次，但是下面的TRACK YOUR HARD INQUIRIES是显示的7，
8两个月各一次（估计前面是还没有更新）。而我登录的时候也确实看到是说我最近有2

如果它们是发EMAIL告诉你有INQUIRY的话,那是HARD的机会很大.
我建议你到 ANNUALCREDITREPORT.COM ,拿一份CITI说你有INQUIRY的那个信用局,免费
要一份你今年的REPORT.
这种REPORT就能看出那个是SOFT还是HARD了.
另外问一下,你最近有没有要求银行提高CREDIT LIMIT?那个很可能也会造成HARD. |

多是因为平均信用历史降太多。
Hard pull在report上是2年，但不意味着对score的影响也是2年。有一种说法是，对
credit score的影响只有1年。

my initial impression is that 1-2 per year is usually okay
more than that may impact more on ur credit
of coz, if u have good credit, it can accommodate more inquiries without
getting much impact
there could be a difference between inquiries within 6 months vs 2 years
