2. for primary applicant(s), it is not easy to make changes as the whole
family is "rooted" on you
3. not all companys understand the difference between EAD and GC. And some
company will ask if you need any H1B transfer or any sponsorship for your

首先，80-20的声明纯属混淆视听，吴主席本人前两天还说要做很多工作，结果一封非
常简单含糊，毫无任何调查内容，仅向他个人致歉的信件就成为他认为对全体华人的圆
满结果。我不知道他在此次事件中想代表的是谁，ABC还是华人。他似乎更在意别的东
西。
可以说ABC事件是极其恶性的。美国华人可能还记得第38届超级杯美国橄榄球赛中场时
Janet Jackson和Justin Timberlake的“衣柜意外”，当时政界要人和知名人士纷纷谴
责，当事人包括NFL和CBS都一一在主流媒体上表示歉意，FCC更是对CBS处以历史性的高
额罚款，虽然罚款最终被高院驳回，但对媒体的警示作用一直至今。
ABC事件比起衣柜意外有过之而无不及，如果说后者只是indecency in broadcasting，
那前者不仅是indecency的问题，还有inhumanity和serious child harassment/abuse
的问题。如果后者能产生那么大的社会反响，为什么ABC的这个节目不能？难道就任由
娱乐节目在道德滑坡下行直至沦丧？
