为是所用的面
粉什么的过期了，因为大概放了有２年了吧。
然后买了新的面粉，BAKING POWDER， BAKING SODA，又做了MUFFIN。结果还是苦的。
自己分析原因：
１。用的糖过期了？（不知道有没有糖过期一说）
２。BAKING SODA放多了？ 好象把TSP（应该是TEASPOON）看成TABLESPOON了
昨天又去买了新的糖想再试试。

手也可以用mixer，但是不用打发鸡蛋

第二步 冲洗，去除背面的膜，沥水，后擦干

而且，其实名字也不特别重要，
关键是看下面的说明介绍，ingredients都有哪些，你就知道大致点的是什么了。。
其实在main course 里，挑喜欢的ingredients点就好了。。
我现在就这样。。有一些酱的名字我不认识就直接问服务员，这是什么
不行只有自己多去外面吃几次，找nice的服务员给你介绍介绍，教你读菜名什么的。。

大多时候dry milk不好用milk代替。
即使用面包机在bake之前也可以打开看的
最好看看bread dough是不是合适，之后再bake。
盐和糖关系不是特别大。主要是dry ingredients 和wet ingredients比例要恰到好处
。面包机的温度一般没有oven高（比如cibatta 要至少高过425F。No knead bread 要
至少高过475F），否则liquid稍微多一点点就会塌。
其实可以严格按照recipe试试，我看这个recipe应该没问题。 |
