What kind of animal would dig up a lawn?
This morning I found a huge patch of my lawn in my front yard all dug up.
Not huge holes, but a lot of small ones about an inch deep and a inch wide.
There was about 80 of them all in about a 3 foot circle.. I don't know if it
was some jerk kid, or an animal. I wouldn't think some kid would spend that
much time doing that, so it leads me to believe it was some kind of animal.
. Any ideas?

bath tub and sprayed some under as well. Termites carry termidor and share
with their friends and family so they get destroyed after one application.
For the trenching, I just filled the trench with water and sprayed termidor
in the water. Spray about a foot along the exterior stucco or siding as
well. Good luck! |

I just passed one with low listing price (compared with others in the
neighborhood). It had termite infestation history 6 years ago. Who knows
when termites will come back.The listing agent even told us they got
multiple offers before I tried to bid and saw the disclosure. It's been a
week and the house is still on market.
The best thing about my current one is that it's termite proof (steel frame)

a listing agent or buying agent because of the nature of the transaction.
I assume to start the process by speaking with a real estate attorney and/or
title company.

我们2012年11月买的房子。在我们买房前，前房主从2012年4月开始就找了两家白蚁公
司A和B来检查，查出些问题，两家查出的点都还不同，甚至B公司还建议罩起来熏。但
是前房主什么都没做。等我们买房时escrow又请另一家白蚁公司C来检查，查出另外的
问题，房主局部处理了，然后再escrow文件上给出free and clear of evidence of
active infection or infestation in the visible and accessible areas的结论了。
我们当时不知道A,B公司检查过，以为这escrow上C公司给的结论就没事了。今年因为水
管漏把墙揭了，发现房子墙里有白蚁，然后我们请人来做白蚁检查才发现原来前房东在
卖房是有隐瞒AB公司查出的问题和C公司检查不全面的问题。
我们给pest control board投诉C公司检查不力，但是board说C公司没责任。
我们现在能怎么办？这责任算谁的？该前房主或者C公司负责吗？ |

原因是serious and continuing health harzard,描述就一句话：apartment is
filthy and infested with roaches， 其实就是房间有点乱，碗没洗，导致了异味，
有蟑螂（其实蟑螂一直都有，都一年了），我清理之后让他们inspect(过了十几天才来
)，结果他们说复查不通过，不通过的原因是厕所没刷，浴缸有锈迹，排风扇有油渍和
厨房有剩饭，和之前的
health harzard 完全不相关，我说我继续清理达到你们要求，再查行不行？结果对方
态度蛮横恶劣，不再复查，坚持说要evict我，还说要file law suit,还说要call the
cop.
另外，manager目前拒绝收我的rent payment, 说这是他们律师的建议，我交房租的支
票他们也退回来了，并且给了封信，说为什么不收我房租。

情况的半个屁股开始有疹子了。
小鸡鸡上面，腹股沟旁边也有一块铜钱大小红的。
上面和屁股的手摸着都有粗糙，突出皮肤感觉。
最早红疹子的时候，我以为是一次一夜没有换尿布，很饱，尿布刺激的。后来就半夜都
换一次夜用尿布。平时拉屎都是立即就擦而且是水龙头下冲洗的。
这些东西基本都在图中能看到的，屁眼处倒没有，不过，屁眼略红。
前几天用baby powder帮助干燥，用凡士林帮助隔水，似乎帮助不大。今天开始中午时
间用一段时间布尿布帮助透气，看能不能好转。
有经验的爸爸妈妈给看看，这个是什么啊？象不象真菌感染，比如ring worm什么之类
的啊？ yeast infestion? diaper rash?? 还是因为几个星期前开始用的pampers new
version for size 4 and overnight diapers??

. 但她不懂那些是什么，直到发现bug。
她说她搬来前把被子枕头全扔了，所有衣物都高温机洗并高温烘过了！但是两个行李箱
没有洗，鞋子没洗。今天早上，我协助她把床上用品，衣物，鞋子全又高温机洗高温烘
干了一次，行李箱用热水冲洗10分钟以上。
这是我来美国后的噩梦！
我现在该怎么办？一想到我家有可能会有bug，我就要崩溃了！哪怕1%的可能性也会让
我寝食难安！

我们应该请pest control的公司来检测吗？哪家公司比较好？
请pest control的公司来，会惊动manager吗？他会如何对待我呢？会赶我们走吗？

1st use : Terro Ant Killer II to bait the invading colonies, eliminate the
queen. Get it from Lowe's, remember to bait often, bait plenty, use more
bait station if the infestation is large. The whole process will take about
2 weeks for the ants to disappear. The guys above has the link
next use: Ortho Home Defense Spray from Homedepot. Spray all around the house,
all crevices and doorways. This will keep new colonies from coming in for 1/
2 year at a time.
