她说她搬来前把被子枕头全扔了，所有衣物都高温机洗并高温烘过了！但是两个行李箱
没有洗，鞋子没洗。今天早上，我协助她把床上用品，衣物，鞋子全又高温机洗高温烘
干了一次，行李箱用热水冲洗10分钟以上。
这是我来美国后的噩梦！
我现在该怎么办？一想到我家有可能会有bug，我就要崩溃了！哪怕1%的可能性也会让
我寝食难安！

to do the job. The guy came in, asked all out, sprayed sth, and also
released some kind of gas from a "bomb". People can only came back after
three hours.
He repeated that twice. Never bedbug in that house again. |

但是今天做home inspection发现地下的crawl space(地基是德州不常见的pier & beam
,不是slab)有很深的积水，并且是污水。另外房子有白蚁的问题，是subterranean
termite infestation。
我在德州达拉斯，是不是白蚁现象很普遍？
有地下积水和白蚁问题的房子是不是不要碰，立即walk away?但是房子确实很喜欢。
