今年1月底，乳房剧痛 红肿，然后有肿块。很大。等约到医生做超声波就是2月中了，
但是当时肿块已经没有了。
等了1－2个月好像又有肿块，5月突然我觉得摸到很大一个（5cm 多）肿块，做了超声
波，医生 ""quite vascular, hypoechoic colletion, and more suspicious for
infection" STILL 建议biopsy。
biopsy pathology test 结果是 diagnosis is granulomatous mastitis.
granulation tissue with scattered granulomas that display central
neutrophili aggregates
然后医生让我等他自己好。
等到10月份还是没有消，我就要pcp给我看了specialist
她说很concern 让我做MRI ， MRI 显示enhancement 就做了2个地方的biopsy.

因为家里老人是来探亲的，所以没有家庭医生。去看专科必须要家庭医生refer。而绿
卡医生拒绝refer，而他推荐的诊所是类似于 planned parenthood 这样的地方。而打
电话给planned parenthood预约的时候他们说，他们只会把绿卡医生做过的事重新做一
遍，所以不推荐我们去。而去请绿卡医生推荐看医生的时候他极度不耐烦。
我现在不明白的是，绿卡医生开的doxycycline 100mg tabs是不是真正有效。家里老人
已经在吃这个药了。只是不知道需不需要保险起见，去看专科。在没有家庭医生这种情
况下怎么样才能看到专科？是该看 infectious disease这一科吗？我们现在在北加州
湾区。不知道能不能推荐一个医生。绿卡医生就是把家里老人的血样送到Labcorp去验
了RPR (1:2)和Treponema pallidum
验哪些项目？是还是重验RPR (1:2)和Treponema pallidum antibodies 还是其他的。

是这样的：大概去年十月，十一月份的时候开始每次月经来的时候淋巴肿大，月经结束
后淋巴慢慢变小或消失。这个月初又是这样，月经来了，淋巴肿起来，不一样的是这次
还伴随发烧，一烧到现在。发烧的时候觉得冷，吃退烧药才会觉得好。人是极端疲惫，
不过食欲很好。目前医生排除了这几个东西：mononucleosis，lupus。目前做CT是为了
看是不是lymphoma。
值得一提的是四年以前她得过mononucleosis，两三个星期后她觉得好了，回去上班两
星期后月经一来，淋巴肿大加发烧，于是又开始看医生(infectious disease)。两个月
后自己康复，医生一直也没有结论。期间医生也怀疑过lymphoma，还照了CT，结果医生
看了觉得lymphoma可能不大，没建议biopsy。不过当时发烧归发烧，没有极端疲惫的感
觉。
这次这个血液与癌症医生一开始以为是lupus，因为她姐姐有，而且二月份一次血检ANA
positive。但是几天前专门查lupus又是negative。

到过39度。发烧时靠吃Tylenol降温。2）盗汗 3）发烧时喉咙痛，有时胸闷气短。
目前做了尿检，blood culture,结果都正常
respiratory virus panel：所有结果也都是阴性。
CBC： NEUT(中性粒细胞）偏高 7.7（1.6-7.2）
MONO（单核细胞）偏高 1.1（0-0.8）
IM GRAN（粒细胞）偏高 0.06（0-0.03）
CMP：有些值偏低，不过医生说在怀孕期间也算正常。
另外做了tb的皮试（PPD）结果阳性，做了胸部x光，无阴影。目前在等另一tb-test结
果。
目前我的infectious disease specialist也没有太好的解决办法，只是在等待。所以
我想请问贵版的朋友有没有人见过类似的病症，能够给我一个好的解决办法。 谢谢大

fluid route. 50% of the population have antibody against HBV, which means
they were all infected at some point of their life, but recovered from it.
Here the infectious route is obviously NOT sexual, or blood transfusion.

难验出你是否已经感染lyme disease，但是医生可以给你开一种药，被咬之后36还是48
小时之内抓紧时间吃了，可以基本确保高枕无忧。这个病只要发现的早总的来说比较好
治。早点看医生图个心安吧。挤是不管用的。
不是每个tick都有lyme disease，也不是每个有lyme disease的tick咬了你都会让你得
病，尤其如果你不在东北地区（lyme disease高发区），就更加安全了。 |

分都是staphylococcus aureus (金黄色葡萄球菌)infection，但也有不少是MRSA即
Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus（耐甲氧西林的金黄色葡萄球菌）感
染。她主要是怕我是这种super细菌感染，那么给我上普通的头孢一代（cephalexin）
或 Dicloxacillin之类针对普通的gram positive bacteria （比如staph aureus）的
就没用了。可后来我出院回家，看到医学执照考试里一道题，问说乳腺炎第一步应该怎
么样，几个选项里有说做culture的，有说直接开抗生素的，有说让泵奶的。答案就是
明明白白的“直接上抗生素”啊，症状控制不了再做后续检查治疗。当场心底就咆哮了
，姐姐啊，你好歹是那么好医院的医生，能不能专业点，这种临床处理是医学院学生考
执照的水平啊，你都达不到。。。
言归正传。住院期间，一开始静脉抗生素吊了，泰诺一顿不落地吃，还是会烧，38度多
