usually resolve after 3-4 weeks, with patient still being thrombocytopenic
and abnormally enlarged spleen of course you wonder if there is something
wrong with the bone marrow or maybe some hemolytic process, i would think
bone marrow biopsy would be very helpful, |

not sure if you have a swellon lymph node and if you do, if it's hard or
soft, also not sure if you have any systemic symptoms such as fever, weight
loss, night sweat,
when people have trouble with lymph node, it's either infectious/
inflammatory or malignant, would start with your primary care physician and
do a detailed check up since it appears to be a recurrent problem,
by the way, not sure if you shave your armpit or not, sometimes could get a
local infection from shaving, good luck |

i'm not sure how chinese medicine normal treats such patient, but i think
she'd need the following work-up if it has not been done:
1. ASO titer,
2. ANCA,
3. anti GBM antibody,
4. ANA,
5. serum protein electropheresis,
6. cryoglobulin level,
7. hepatitis b abd C test,
i think that HUS-TTP also could present with glomerulonephritis type of

到过39度。发烧时靠吃Tylenol降温。2）盗汗 3）发烧时喉咙痛，有时胸闷气短。
目前做了尿检，blood culture,结果都正常
respiratory virus panel：所有结果也都是阴性。
CBC： NEUT(中性粒细胞）偏高 7.7（1.6-7.2）
MONO（单核细胞）偏高 1.1（0-0.8）
IM GRAN（粒细胞）偏高 0.06（0-0.03）
CMP：有些值偏低，不过医生说在怀孕期间也算正常。
另外做了tb的皮试（PPD）结果阳性，做了胸部x光，无阴影。目前在等另一tb-test结
果。
目前我的infectious disease specialist也没有太好的解决办法，只是在等待。所以
我想请问贵版的朋友有没有人见过类似的病症，能够给我一个好的解决办法。 谢谢大

an infectious disease specialist's, or even family practitioner's training.
Actinomyces is an opportunistic pathogen and can be found in many healthy
people's oral cavities. If you interpret the specialist's view that
actinomyces was not the cause of your wife's disease as "去看一般的
specialist，居然都不了解," then it's your own problem. |

where and what type of hospital is she in? in neurological intensive care?
if in the US, you can ask the doctor to have an internal medicine specialist
