最近在做一个project。和一个治tumor的药有关系。在一篇文献里，用的是BDF1 雌老
鼠和E0771 solid tumor。 24mg/kg 剂量的95%纯（有约5% 的一个impurity)的药 注射
。14天后average tumor size 只有control的2%，但21天后tumor size 长到control
的21%。也就是说虽然药有效果，tumor有会回复并没有完全控制。
在稍后的另一篇文献里，药纯度99.5%。用的是human MX-1 mammary carsinoma 在nude
mice。 3 mg/kg的99.5%的药注射。14天后average tumor size 只有control 的0.3%
。 21天后tumor没有回复。文献的作者说这结果很好，剂量低了10倍药效反而好，是因
为开始5%的impurity给出去的结果，因为这个impurity会有competitive binding。
我们现在对这个药很感兴趣。想知道是不是药API纯化后药效真的变好很多。不知道这

dissolved in Hexane/acetone (I can not remember the volume ratio).
Then place it into refrigerator at 4 degree C for one night. Needle like
NIPAAM crystall can precipite at the bottom. The impurity still dissolve
in the solvent. You can use extraction method to separate crystal like NIPAA
M.
After that, you should use hexane to wash impurities out from NIPAAM, Coz tr
ace of impurity

PO蜕变成铅可以说成测纯度,但本质是测量各同位素和衰变产物的比例,然后和各种可能
的来源对比.
这里面的impurities,可能是衰变产物铅,也可能包括未反应的原料209Bi,以及混杂的其
它PO同位素比例. 这点上和铊检定类似.

this type of humidifier does NOT work. Buy a hygrometer and you will know
from the reading. Again, it does not work, meaning it does not improve
the RH in your room. Dont be cheated by the nice mist you saw from it.
Even worse, it is generating water droplets instead of water vapor.
What's the difference? Water vapor should be in molecular phase so it
increases RH directly. Water droplets evaporate firstly and become vapor.

某牧师某日侵犯了一个小男孩，不等于其他牧师都是恋童变态狂，但如果没有Jesus，
其他牧师也可能犯其他类型的罪。 就象你因为"今生的骄傲"，所以无法接受别人对
你的批评，不管是善意的还是有理的，只要对你有反对意见，你总是倾向于找似是
而非的理由去"反驳"对方，说白了你就是难以接受对自身的任何否定，"人无完人"
这个词不知道你自己的字典里是否存在？这是"今生的骄傲"的一种表现，也存在一类
人的控制欲很强，会采取一切手段压制他人，即使自己未必比对方高明，也依然要
一意孤行，甚至可以为了这种目的不择手段。这些都是"今生的骄傲"的表现。
不同教派不等于不能互为肢体，但是在某些非关键问题上意见有分歧是正常的。
你又想引圣经来"反驳"，但是总是加上自己无端的猜测，还是那句话，圣经不是
文字游戏，而是可以实践出来的，没有实践，只根据字面，你未必能准确明白

The question you asked is so complicated that very few people really know the
answer. Since I am not working on polymer transistor, I know no more than you
do. First of all, how do we define intrinsic mobility? For inorganic
semiconductor, it is quite simple. Because people can make high quality single
crystal. So we can really study how the mobility is dependent on temperature
