2007/2008年之后都有较大幅度下跌。

是跌得一塌糊涂.
但是确有少数2007年后到现在房价上涨的 TOWN， 但基本都不是老中关注的 TOWN:

看政治倾向，果然是深蓝。接着看，维州南部深红，不出意料是收入低很多。
历史上，维州北部是深红，然而随着收入增长，越来越蓝，良性循环，这几个地区已经
好些年排在前列。这是一个最典型的例子，同个州，穷的地方死抱着红，差距越来越大
，恶性循环。
燃鹅，有一堆人被Fox和船铺粉谣言基地等不良望站洗脑，声称深蓝的吃福利人多。那
么，如果吃福利的人越多使收入越高，就大家都吃福利吧！但这明显就是造谣，明明是
这地区工作越来越多越好。
再看看排11-20的地区，你自己看看是否绝大多深蓝？

发帖数: 17565 | 22 这篇文章用的是最富的zipcode来定义富人。这个定义有偏差，因为zipcode覆盖面积太
大了，最富的zipcode里常常是中产比例最高，收入其实并不太高。
zipcode大致等于county，看看下面这个county收入排名。其实都是些家庭收入10万左
右的中产聚集的地方像VA，NJ之类，而非upper east side，beverly hills这种巨富居
住地。这些人开honda也没什么奇怪的，本版比他们有钱的估计都不在少数。

的。很多人看了文章后发帖请我给出更加精确的数据，因为最富裕的州基本上也就是最
大的那些州。很多人还想要按照收入的排行。
刚好美国人口普查的最新数据适时而至。这些2005年至2009年间收集的数据显示了按照
收入中位数排列的最富有的十个县。
这个榜单请见下文。它反映了两个有趣的趋势：第一，高收入和高教育程度家庭在地理
学上越来越集中了，这是马里兰大学(University of Maryland)一位教授的观点。
马里兰大学公共政策学院的道格拉斯•贝沙洛夫(Douglas Besharov)说，“收入

美国不仅是一个移民国家, 也是一个人口流动性很大的国家。据国家 人口普查局九零年
的一项调查表明, 百分之四十的美国人不居住在他们出生 的州。我们新泽西州的人口流
动程度, 您猜对了, 当然是高于全国平均水平 ---新州的居民中, 百分之四十五是来自外
州, 也可能是外国。换言之, 大约 百分之四十五出生在新州的人现在不住在新州。 人口
的流动不仅是发生在州与州之间, 也发生在本州内的郡与郡之间。 近年来, 新州人口的
年平均增长率一直保持在0.5%左右, 但各郡间的发展速 度并不平衡. 据州政府有关部门
对九零年到九六年间各郡人口的研究表明, 中 部的SOMERSET
郡发展最快(年均增长率为1.9%), 其次是西邻该郡的 HUNTERDON郡 (年均增长率为1.6%)
。中部的另一个郡MIDDLESEX, 人口的年均增长率是0.7%. 总的说来, 新州近年来的人口
