新州房价呈下滑趋势
（大纪元12月11日讯）虽然在新州个别地区房屋售价略有上升，但总体上看，从2008年
到现在，新州房价一直呈下滑趋势。最新统计数据显示，萨默塞特郡（Somerset）平均
房价降低了8.4%，由36万降为32万9750美元。售房率下滑30%，由2008年上半年销售的
1066栋，降为今年上半年749栋。亨特顿郡（Hunterdon）情况稍好，平均房价由38万
2750美元降为36万5千美元，下降4.7%。但房屋销售量下降40%，由2008年426栋降为今
年253栋。
另外其他一些郡的情况如下（2008年上半年与今年上半年比较）：格林布鲁克（
Green Brook）房价下降36%，由47万5千降为30万；本纳德（Bernards）房价下降28%，
由57万3千跌为41万；邦德布鲁克（Bound Brook）房价由32万4900美元降为26万，下跌

陈庭燕毕业于新州杭特登中央高中(Hunterdon Central Regional High School)，曾在一所综合大学主修艺术设计。然而只就读两个月，她就决定要转学，因为这所大学不能满足她要学习的东西。

Northeast Virginia led the nation in income as it was home to four of the
top 10 earning cities. Local officials attribute the high ranking to
