I want to add two episodes of my parents' way of teaching me.
A) After I finished elementary school, I had no Summer Homework for the

Another fact helped us: most of the math homework was corrected by parents

"he will come and look for you after xx oclock"
"thank you for your offereing. he needs to finish his homework independently"
"we have plans this afternoon, sorry that xx won't be able to play with you

Chapter 3, expect effort and enjoyment, not perfection
People with “fixed mind-set” believe that talents and personalities are
more or less inborn.
People with “growth mind-set” believe that success is a result of effort
as much as or more than aptitude。

Interest
First Come First
Serve,
Institue of
Design at Stanford,
Instruction
Time越长。
Minds in Motion主要是

权重
e.g If you take a math class. The homework weight 20%, middle term test
weight 30%, final test weight 50%
Assuming the highest score is 5.
if you got 4 for homework
if you got 3 for middle term test
if you got 5 for final test.
your final score will be 4 *30% + 3 * 20% + 5 *50% = 4.3

要是没的挑,condo/townhouse也都成。
