工作也大多都被brain drain来的霸占了。 作为一个码工你可能看着天花板上P也不干
只会收发email的眼红， 但是manager的职位才几个， 多少M的普通美国老百姓拿着4，
5万的工资还看着你眼红呢。 可是码工矿工的工作扔给他们他们还真干不来。 都别说
高端的了。 米蒂现在高中的数学老师还严重短缺着呢， 在岗的也尽是些巴基斯坦，
埃及之类说出来的英语他妈都听不懂的。
现在米蒂的小学， 稍微好一点， 上进一点， 一窝蜂开始标榜自己引进singapore
math education system之类的， 实际上也感觉不到什么变化， 不敢留homework, 或
者留了也不敢强迫学生完成， 不敢引入竞争。 州立的ELA之类的test无脑到只要出勤
率大于90的黑人学校都能考95%+， 排名前十的小学经常要靠99.7和99.3来区分。 经常
性口碑最好的学校排不到第一， 可能也就是因为某个学生小姨妈早来两年一时不爽多
错了一道题。

你英语都说不利索的， 只要一多半B+以上， rating就差不了。
正宗土著高标准严要求最后A的没几个， rating比烂口语的好不了多少。 虽然rating
在给分前， 但是大多数人都知道最后自己大概能拿什么分。 这老师以前的风评，
homework评分的宽松， 还有midtern & quiz.

杀，枪击的也有，那学也别上了，干啥都有代价，身体素质不行了就上吊？我高中体育
达标，三个考军校的同学，全是我帮他们达得标，换了三件上衣，连监考老师都受不辽
，我眼睛高中是假性近视，因为性格正直，所以放弃报考军校，武警，因为眼睛不好所
以认为不合格。他妈的最后我们年级好多几百度的近视眼都走关系考上军校了，带个眼
睛测视力。我当年高中生呀，那才多大，那个年纪，可以连续50多个引体向上，帮助我
三个同学达标，老师都争一只眼，闭一只眼的，想看看我到底能有多大底限。比我厉害
的人肯定有，肯定多，但我圈子里都是没有，就是现在年级偏大了，也能健身房里能一
口气30个，我目前还没见本学校哪个老黑，老莫，老白能搞这么多的，不服气了，亮出
银刀，弯枪；程序搞不出来了，考试考砸了也可以选择上吊，反正消极方式多的是，不
管你身体素质好坏与否，我见过许多军人也不是很魁梧，篮球也不玩，搏击也不搞，天
天玩小羽毛球，别人也没去上吊，好好的 |

我的文采并不算好，但却是一个比较真实的留学生的故事。中国现在与世界的交流越来
越强，来美国也已经变得容易很多了，但我相信，还是有那部分人对真实的美国生活有
所好奇，于是，一直潜水2年的我换了个ID来这儿说说我的生活。
本人算是80后，在国内读了算是重点大学的本科和研究生，其实一直以来都没有想
到出国，最后出来也完全是学校的一次交流机会，本质上就是拿着所谓“访问学者 ”
的签证来给这儿的老板做“廉价”的工作。来到美国已经2年半了，回顾这2年半，在美
国主要做的事情还就是调整身份，也就是把以前的J1签证调整成 H1B工作身份，因为
H1B是移民的第一步。
