事情是这样的，圣诞前某个早上，我们这里大雾，能见度很低，大约20~30米左右。
我在一个路口左转，路口有stop sign。因为有雾，我已经很小心的，等路上看不见
车辆了才开始转弯。但是快到路中间的时候，一辆suv从雾里面蹿出来。因为对方没
有开任何车灯，而且速度很快，所以等我看到的时候已经晚了。结果是对方车头撞
到了我车中间偏后门一点。
事故发生后，警察救护车都来了。事故双方（我方两人，对方五六人）都被马上送
到医院。警察当时也没有问我问题，只是要了我的车辆和保险信息。事故之后，警
察也再没联系过我。但是今天我去警察局，拿到一张绿色的纸，上面写明是我的责
任：contributed to collision (Yes)。我就觉得非常的不公平，因为在我看来事
故应该是对方的责任才对。我查询了我们周的traffic law，有两条相关条款我认为
对方违反了

人无孩，用来daily commute的话Q7貌似太大了，LP肯定开不了，以后有需求再考虑吧
，后来看了x3,q5,glk350感觉都差不多，犹豫中突然看到glk250 bluetec，从来没开过
柴油车，想试试看看，于是就锁定了目标
可能是因为新出的型号，周边4个dealer都是库存就1,2辆车，我想要的base+p1都没有
，需要外地运。后来去dealership被一个能说一点纯正北京话的中年sales忽悠了(他在
中国呆过，娶了个北京老婆)，买了配置比我要的高一些的现车（白外黑内base+p1+
multimedia+sport appearance, harman sound, heated seat,keyless go, lane
tracking assist。价格也没砍到版上说的15% off MRSP, 只有12%.
总体来说还是比较满意，当然我没开过什么好车，之前的03年老帕萨特。比较满意的几
点：

单了

bought aug 2012, currently 18k miles, the first 5k averaging 27 highway,
after 10k averaging 31 highway.
pretty much 500 miles per tank.
good:
- 6speed.
- looks good.
- bright light.
- buy the two tone interior.
- smooth, quiet ride on highway.
not so good:
- vinyl (fake leather) seats don't breathe well, sticky in the summer, cold
in the winter.

非也非也， highway上gas 车也不怎么费油。 比如 outback 2.5 highway上可以上
30mpg，outback D 可以上40多。
加上车钱和油价的差异，其实没有你想的那么多，几年后换车时候能持平就不错了。
要想长距离开车舒服，无论是堵车or highway，真正要的是full speed range的 ACC。
当然这也会贵一些，所以，其实不花钱想舒服是无解。嘿嘿 |

试出来的数据。EPA油耗数据测试标准并不是很多人印象中的25迈Citi，55迈Highway。

从中可以看出，EPA限定的路况有5种，其中有2种便是City和Highway。EPA规定的路况
条件比较详细，比如最高速度，平均速度，怠速时间，停几次车，踩油门多深，环境温
度，冷启动还是热启动，空调等等，目的是尽量模拟真实的路况。
EPA把测试标准告诉厂家，让厂家自己测试报数据，但EPA会抽查厂家数据（大概15%左
右），如果偏差太大会加以处罚。考虑到测试条件和司机培训程度的差别，厂家报数据
时一般会保守一点。任何需要跟美国政府打交道的地方，大的厂家都不敢造假，工业界
混过的都应该明白这个道理。个人如果按照EPA的车速和路况开车，正常都不会低于官
方数字。前几年现代就被爆出1/3的车型油耗造假，被罚款并责令赔偿购车者，其中有
些车型的差别仅仅是1～2。

先回答喷油们的问题，关于油耗。
原文：（一缸油local可以跑350迈以上，highway可以跑450迈，12加仑油，）严格讲是
俺的错误表达，有偷换概念之嫌。
因为俺从来没有将整整满缸油用到滴尽最后一滴，直到油尽车亡的时候，靠，真他妈绕
口，不许联想。
所以严格的油耗，俺是从车上可以驾驶的距离提示得知的，Fusion的提示会根据上次的
油耗来调整。比方俺上周去了趟芝加哥，全程highway，等到下次加满油之后，提示满
箱油可以跑480迈，回到圣村在local开了一段时间以后，满缸油提示又回到380左右了。

The great highway算是一个小高速吧，最后一段是merge到单行线
然后最后merge到35
车型： 2013 Acura ILX
事发经过：
速度大概在35到四十左右，开过merge line之后周围没有任何灯光
突然路中间出现一个不知道从哪儿冒出来的轮胎，车子没开远光灯
直接撞到，然后车身没有压过轮胎，轮胎被反弹回十米远，继续停在
路中间，没有pull over因为路边没shoulder,而且没光线。绕过轮胎
继续开了三分钟。停车检查。车身前bumper断裂，液体leaking严重，顺着shoulder流
车前盖里边冒烟,这时候车还能打着。但是仪表盘显示发动机过热
打开双闪，先call 911转CHP,告诉现在路中间有个tire还在那里，没有光线很危险

发帖数: 50 | 30 前一段在科罗拉多旅游，Google map导航到某个山路上面，unpaved road with dirt。
太阳已经落日但是天还没黑，第一次开到这种土路又想尽快在天黑之前开出去。在一个
拐弯的地方Mazda6失控，冲出路面正面翻了半圈。幸好停了下来，不然底下不知道有多
深。幸运的是人没有事情，很快警察救护车也来了。车子报废，警察给了一张罚单：“
drove vehicle improperly on mountain highway”,不过和我说不会影响我的加州驾
驶记录，交了罚款之后扣分会从3减到1.
我先说说自己的反思，然后请教一下各位版友关于ticket的事情。
首先是对于dirt road完全没有经验，对于摩檫力过于自信。其次是事前功课准备不足
，没发现这条路是土路，所以导致惊慌。最后在发现这样的道路环境和天快黑的情况下
想尽早开出去，导致速度控制不当。这是一个非常大的教训，我很幸运没有受伤。我也
希望和大家分享这个事故的经历。
然后是关于ticket。我查询了一些资料。由于两个州都是Driver License Compact的成

个国家的车，这种观念太狭隘，还不如好好学习人家怎么造车。
本人也不赞成迷信日车，认为日本车什么都好，好过所有其他车。所以一下把所有其他
车都排出在外
本人主张自己做研究分析。即使同一款车，每一年的质量也会差异很大。不能一概而论
。下面是几款本人认为美车里非常安全，非常reliable的车，大家也可以选择的。在车
的静音，驾驶的smooth，安全性上may be better than similar jap cars.

新手上路stop sign停了没看 在town里被volvo给撞了 T-bone crash
人家屁事没有 保险杠略有松动 corrola total loss
还好是在town里 顶多30mile的速度 要不我就升天了
第二辆honda accord开了一年半 除了timing belt是找mechanic换的 sepertine belt
， spark plugs， braking pads，power window，power steering fluid全都自己动
手换
第三辆toyota camry，刚入手，还没保养计划
我喜欢日本车 因为我是穷学生 日本车省油好修 美国车安全也好修 欧洲车构造太复杂
了 我自己修不来。。。
本人不反对买日车，每个人都可以根据自己的需要选择自己的车。如果因为抗日不买某

个国家的车，这种观念太狭隘，还不如好好学习人家怎么造车。
本人也不赞成迷信日车，认为日本车什么都好，好过所有其他车。所以一下把所有其他
车都排出在外
本人主张自己做研究分析。即使同一款车，每一年的质量也会差异很大。不能一概而论
。下面是几款本人认为美车里非常安全，非常reliable的车，大家也可以选择的。在车
的静音，驾驶的smooth，安全性上may be better than similar jap cars.

新手上路stop sign停了没看 在town里被volvo给撞了 T-bone crash
人家屁事没有 保险杠略有松动 corrola total loss
还好是在town里 顶多30mile的速度 要不我就升天了
第二辆honda accord开了一年半 除了timing belt是找mechanic换的 sepertine belt
， spark plugs， braking pads，power window，power steering fluid全都自己动
手换
第三辆toyota camry，刚入手，还没保养计划
我喜欢日本车 因为我是穷学生 日本车省油好修 美国车安全也好修 欧洲车构造太复杂
了 我自己修不来。。。

I'm currently trying to sort out an issue with front-end shaking when
braking from highway speeds (~65-90). I'm getting a lot of shaking. I've
replaced everything from the flex lines to the pads - new ss lines, new
rotors, new (rebuilt) calipers and new pads. It sure feels like warped
rotors, but I've got three of them and it happens with all combinations of

in te highway and takes too long to reach highway speed. It rarely reaches
and stays at lower speed. Like others it seems this Camry will have a lot
rear-end accidents due to the lack of speed performance. I feel scare to
