之前跟HR的人聊过，HR对我在immigration上面做出的任何决定都没有反对过，于是我
跟他们提到想要降级的问题，他们说你看怎么弄就怎么好，我说行，我联系律师。
刚才打了至少10个律师楼的电话，5个说不知道怎么弄，建议找其他有经验律师，4个没
有接，最后一个说他们的律师可能知道怎么弄，但是要收我200块钱的咨询费，操你大
爷，都不知道能不能弄就收我200块，死去吧，咨询过程中如果还要我去教导他们查阅
IMMIGRATION ATORNEY ASSOCIATION的note，我这200块钱交的算什么？
在极端绝望的情况下，我再去找HR，HR说，既然这个律师仅仅是准备表格，那么表格我
们自己也可以填，就是签个字的问题，估计像我这种降级的情况，最重要的就是cover

2013 at a rental rate of $1700 per month , for 12 months or 56.67 per day.
Thereafter, this rental/lease agreement will become a month-by-month tenancy
, is based upon the same terms and condition stated herein, and will
continue at $1700 per month, unless notified in writing.
这就是说房东可以长了吧？ 不过，好像是超过的8%的限额，不知道该怎么跟房东argue

2月份买的新车，开了5500mile开始出问题（我以为买新车省心，没想到更费心）
第一次出问题症状：
高速40迈速度行驶中，突然油门踩到底车子都没动力，方向盘锁住几乎打不动，车子惯
性前进，很用力打方向盘才迫使车子停在了紧急车道。然后直接拖到了dealer那。当时
吓了个半死，没想过试图重新启动车子。（后来dealer的报告上说车子拖到dealer后，
他们发现车子能正常点火和行驶，没法duplicate问题，但是看到气缸miss fire的
error code）
对应dealer诊断和修理：
发现4号气缸miss fire的error code，检修发现气缸header一器件非正常磨损，换了该
器件，告诉我修好了
第二次出问题症状：（发生在取回车子的2周后，悲催～）
local稍有点上坡路段，堵车，一停一走行驶中，突然发现油门没反应了，踩着油门车
子竟然往后遛坡，赶紧踩了刹车，因为此时车子基本停止状态，没法知道方向盘是否同
时也锁住了。当时后面堵了一条街的车子，我慌乱中就采取了关闭发动机，并重新点火
