We herein file the Petition for Alien worker, I140 under EB3 category, and
Adjust of Status, I485 concurrently on behalf of the XXX Company for our
employee Mr. YYY and his wife Mrs. ZZZ.
We have previously filed another Petition for Alien worker, I140 under EB2
category on behalf of Mr. YYY based on his PERM granted from Department of
Labor, this Petition under EB2 was approved and Mr. YYY has established his

Chinese national, and holds an advanced Master’s degree from the United

发帖数: 255 | 9 不用这个东东，我直接交表和收据复印件和支票就行了，最好把邮寄label用FedEx 袋
子装上，这样便于他们把你的label和你的材料放一起，因为他们要给你寄收据，他们
会保留你的label. |
