BTW, 美国店的cornish hen, 好吃也有限。都知道肉鸡加了无数生长激素，喂的不知道
什么玩意，一个月长成。Cornish hen 就是为了大家“健康”着想应运而生的。
我买过好几个店的cornish hen, 都号称没有用激素，全天然喂养。但是那个肉味，明
显不对。吃上去跟一个月喂大的鸡没多大差别，有腻味，没有鸡的香味。
怀念以前国内的鸡汤，以前家家户户自己养鸡 -- 也是闲的，真正纯天然的走地鸡，想
添加什么东西都买不到。炖出来的汤自然的香。
在美国，能够比较接近那个味道，又还好找的，就是中国店的old hen。鸡油切出来，
烧开后去浮沫，加点姜和几粒花椒，这时放进鸡油，小火炖三个小时，炖好后加盐。 |

chicken, 炖出来的的鸡汤很让人失望，鸡肉吃起来像木屑。
这次总算让我赶上了，买到stewing hen,炖好了，开饭的时候才知道为什么它总是sold
out, 太鲜了，这才是记忆中小时候爸爸妈妈做的鸡汤的味道。鸡肉也很筋道。

千万别买便宜的，味道不是差了一点两点
我周末实在受不了，就买了这个，配上CAST IRON的锅，满家飘香。喝了感觉的确缓解
症状。
2。COSTCO ORGANIC CORNISH HEN 我没试过，有人说还可以

BTW，你这明显是短时间内运动过度引起的感冒啊。
运动过度，休息跟不上，GYM又是病菌恒生的地方，出汗之后太容易感冒了。。。
早打了FLU SHOT,上个礼拜开始加强运动，一周5天GYM，居然再我认为最不可能的时候
中招了。很久没感冒了！

如果只有美国店，下面三个地方的还可以接受：
1。 TRADER JOE 的 KOSHER ORGANIC HEN 还可以，上面会标GOOD FOR SOUP,
千万别买便宜的，味道不是差了一点两点
我周末实在受不了，就买了这个，配上CAST IRON的锅，满家飘香。喝了感觉的确缓解
症状。

当年我学生老板成立了他的start up之后
跑动Delaware州去给公司注册
碰到的官员是当地U of Delaware的毕业生
他当时为了逃课 改以"Admin Services"代替
混进了学校Athletic Department的主管委员会里
所以对NCAA体育懂很多 即使U-Delaware不是甲级球队
他也马上接上说"哦 ... Blue Hens 你们打得很不错啊"
没想到对方地小尊严大 一本正经的教训他
"No, sir, we are not the Blue Hens.
