标题看了也许有点搞笑，可是其实我是很伤心。我从学校毕业工作刚一年，被其他组
比较senior的人跟我们组的seniors说代码写的是一陀屎，背后说过一次（至少一次我
知道的），当我面也说过一次。我们组senior很生气，帮我跟人吵，背后也安慰我说
别组人就是看我资历浅欺负我(用的bully这个词），说如果我想也可以报告给那人上级，
要那人给我道歉。
这种情况我要怎么处理呢？我被当面说的时候那人也不是指着我鼻子说，只不过是说
有一个地方代码是一陀屎。我当时愣了想可能他不知道是我写的所以才当面说，就当
了包子。回来越想越伤心，我干活也算卖力，代码写的不少，倒有地方让人说一陀屎
了。还有就是大家这么大人了，我是被人多不当算才能被这么说？求开解

司的，没注意Intel讲Harassement时，是只讲sexual harassment，除此之外的
harassment是视为正常的，在这种情况下，投诉还要讲证据，可不是凭张嘴就行，而且
，一旦投诉，估计会被老板穿小鞋，focal review时候找麻烦，明明做得不错，老板非
鸡蛋里挑骨头，一句话，能忍就忍，忍不了就撤，胳膊拧不过大腿。Intel就culture就
那样，投诉解决不了问题。否则，大家都整天忙着投诉了。 |

我这里准备写一些女性关心的离婚法律话题， 我慢慢加， 你要有什么问题可以在下面

我这个帖子主要是给低收入，对美国法律不了解的女性， 强调女性一方的收入比较低
，或者没有收入。
离婚是很复杂的问题，涉及Child Custody， Alimony， Property Distribution，
Child Support， 有401（K），Enhanced Earning Capacity。 女性，特别是
StayHomeMom， 如果对美国法律不了解，就不能保护自己应该得到的权力和财产。离婚
就算没有财产，没有孩子，还可能存在伴侣继承的遗产，401K帐户， 银行账户，投资
帐户， 婚前财产，研究生学位等各种财产的划分。孩子的Custody还存在Visitation，

harassment
我以前公司每年几乎都搞一次online培训，举很多例子说明。比如新任上司发现下属是
前女友，要求再date，没有任何出格举动，这个要求本身也是harassment.
就算公司没有anti-harassment培训的，自己search一下相关的法律都知道了。发现很
多人真的是幼稚，还以为只有到了强行发生关系的地步才叫骚扰

每逢看到坑王发帖，chali1234 id的跟帖就会不出意外的出现。这些回帖大多不是就事
论是讨论问题，而是把在外面收集到的未经证实的信息拿来羞辱坑王以达到封口的目的
。如果有旁人看不惯，就恶语相向。我们大家可能都厌恶坑王的个人生活方式或不喜欢
他在论坛上说的话，但这种对坑王着迷般的尾随骚扰纠缠不休已构成cyberstalking。
坑王如果违反版规可以举报，这样没完没了的跟踪揭丑甚至发专帖针对某个id有违华人
