This is definitely counted as harassment. You can directly file an official
complain to the HR without talk to any one. HR will talk to this guy and he
will not make such inappropriate joke in front of you any more and show you
the respect you earned. I had similar experience with an 伊朗 guy. Although
it was only a joke, but it made me uncomfortable. Then it counts as

部分的时候公司为了自保，宁可牺牲个把被告的个人，哪怕它明知原告证据不足。
比如说严格按法律条文，一次两次的言语过界并不能构成harassment，原告需要证明过
界的言行造成一种harmful working environment。但是实际操作上绝大部分公司都奉
行所谓的zero tolerance，只要申诉人能证明你有一次言行过界，公司立马开人没商量
。因为官司一旦打起来就有拖个几年的可能性，没有那个大公司愿意看到之后几年内，
网上搜索本公司的头几条，总有个工作场合sex harassment的东东在那晃啊晃。
我之前呆过的一个大公司就是如此，某男同事给新来女同事在两天之内发了三封email
，第三天就在完全没有预警的情况下被卷铺盖走人，完全不给你任何解释、申辩、改过
的机会。其实那些email我们后来都看了，连挑逗都算不上，正常语气邀请周末吃饭而
已，错就错在人家女员工已经明确说No之后，该男还继续邀请，结果把自己的饭碗给请
没了。

其实我不同意作者的观点。较高的生活质量必须建立在生产效率提高的基础之上。加拿

我们的想象。美国是充满机会适者生存的自由资本主义，而加拿大是个寡头垄断缺乏各

两厢情愿就肯定不是了，尤其是男上司女下属这种女性处于弱势的情况下，即使女方当
时表示愿意，事后去打官司harassment都可以是成立的。如果一方已经上诉，法院根本
不能以“双方情愿”为由驳回，最多以没有证据驳回。 |
