今天早晨正式拿到的permit，简直爽得不得了，可以正式开工了。忙活了几个月，终于
拿到了。自己设计的所有图纸，比请别人设计出图省了好几千块，这个房屋加建项目涉
及到新的两层的房屋结构以及对既有结构的改造，比盖一个新房子的设计还复杂一些。
自恃已经是民用房屋结构设计的专家了。说不定将来失业了，可以依次为生呢！

我觉得人应该把生活，友情，和性分开。。。我分的很清。我尊重生活里无论弯直的朋

我一直有一个观点。对性不满足的人才会胡思乱想。乱想别人，也乱想自己。说到性。
我觉的我的人生里好象基本没有意淫或看毛片。甚至没打过飞机。我觉得就象吃饭一样
。我需要的是个活人。两个人都饿了又是互相喜欢的帅哥就大大方方一起吃一顿，我不

简单的说法，6packs是7分功夫在厨房（饮食控制，低体脂），3分功夫在健身房
当然，腹肌的对称性和形状，也跟个人的基因密切相关。
腹肌是最容易练出来的也是最难的。说容易，是因为只要体脂够低，不需要特别
大的肌肉体积，就可以清晰呈现（男性体脂13%以下，女性17%以下）。
说最难，是因为绝大部分一般健身爱好者难以常年维持这样的体脂水平。
但是的确有一部分苦命的孩子，怎么看体脂都够低了，但是还是没有6pakcs呈现
那么也许你需要一些针对性的锻炼。
我个人尝试过的锻炼方式有
1.简单的仰卧起坐。以前青少年的时候可以连续做200多个。相信每个80后都经历
过从小到大体育课考试考这个。

俩26岁左右，都是人好学习好性情好的孩子，男的属于比较小就来美国，虽然中文基础
不是特别好，但人并不美国化的，女的是大学才来美国的。他们比较朴实老实，都不是
很注重奢侈物质的人。我跟他们的关系呢就是很熟悉的朋友，我曾经给他们提供过很多
帮助，因为我很欣赏他们，做过邻居，同过课，但不经常hang out（他们学业很繁忙）
，一般都是有大帮人聚会的时候才hang out（他们也很少专门跟某些朋友hang out），
大学的时候在一些活动上有过一些合作，但又不是很直接的搭档，总而言之，我们属于
互相欣赏对方的能力和为人，并且是那种可以成为非常好的朋友的人，但可能是一直没
有足够的机会所以交往没有很深。
我想送给他们一份相对厚一些的礼，我这个人向来送礼不喜欢寒酸，寒酸了我自己都会
觉得没面子，另外其他被邀请到婚礼的肯定还有许多其他以前的大学同学毕业后没联系
的，所以也相当于是一次reunion吧，总是需要让以前的同学知道自己混得还不错，礼

"I don't have a very good or pleasant experience with this store. I placed
my order in the morning on Tuesday 4/23, by Friday 4/26 I have not received
any tracking nor shipping confirmation from the store. Called their 888
number, got transfer about 3 times, finally after 15 minutes hold, I was

答完后看了一圈别人的答案，发觉每个人对hang out的理解不统一，到底是gay&les之
间的hang out，还是gay&les和直人的hang out。根据come out程度的不同，每个人这
两种社交活动之间的交集也不同，所以还是分开问比较好。
比如我的回答就除了骗个包子外，和gay&les关系不大，不是故意不答，是问题不怎么相
关。

have to be really big..... and how many pans can you really hang on there?
And why hang so high up?
But my towel hanger doesnt make sense either..... Why hang towel right

doesnt mean we dont have one. All the folks we hang out with are lesbians
and we dont stay home over the weekend
You may want to find out why everyone else can find the community but you
cant. Maybe you should look at some other online resources, instead of this
one since it's not working 1.5 years?
Dont blame those who don't live in the city. We DON'T WANT to drive all the

最近认识一个男人，hang out 了几次，都是一堆朋友一起那种，然后经常会在网上说
说话，发发短信什么的。最近老是对我说很喜欢和我hang out，希望再一起出去玩之类
的。但是很少有什么具体的plan。当然中间也一起出去几次，上上次他送我回家，在楼
下告别的时候拥抱了一下，kiss了一下我的脸颊。又说希望不久之后再hang out。上次他和他的一堆朋友出去喝酒，把我叫上了。玩的也挺开心。他大部分时间都在和我说话，也不介意在他朋友面前和我拉手。然
后告别的时候他又在我脸颊上kiss 了两下。然后每天打电话发短信。我不及时回短信
他还会担心。过了几天突然问我要不要和他一起去他一个朋友家玩，我同意了。在家等
他两个小时，他突然发短信过来说不去了，但是没说为什么，只说会补偿我。晚上的时
候在网上聊天一直在问我要什么。我有点生气，就告诉他什么都不要。他就说我 |
