让我们来看看中国人是怎么从一个叫做利比亚的地狱中撤出他的国民的。中国到利比亚
的距离比印度远了一倍，但中国外交部2/28宣布，中国已经将29,000人撤出了利比亚。
哇，这比印度在利比亚的全部侨民还多了11,000! 不可能，一定又是中国人在玩弄数字
了. 但显然这是一个事实。
中国人是怎么做到的？有道是“有志者事竟成”。没有必要上电视演说，没有必要玩弄
文字游戏，没有必要发表内阁声明，去做就是了。作为撤侨的第一步，中国人把她的国
民送到安全的周边国家，这样他们就不再有危险，正在展开的是第二步，把他们从这些
邻近国家带回到中国。聪明吗？显然！但我们印度人怎么就想不出这样的好主意呢？

发帖数: 6123 | 50 这个得容我回家翻翻。。。我这些想法也是好几年来杂七杂八看了很多，才慢慢明确坚
定起来的。看得最多的是弗里德曼的著作，因为论述比较简单易懂，他很多作品都已经
翻译成中文了。
肯定有一个文章，从最低工资法颁布的历史背景谈起、有很多数据，比如此法公布第二
天立刻造成多少万人失业——都是英语不好、或是妇女之类的能力低的人之类的，我记
不清楚名字了，但是我肯定有这个文章，在家里什么地方。
咱们初中学的那点政治经济学，都是在马克思主义理论基础上，为社会主义制度粉饰的
，做不了数的。
