把一个表示感谢的token（比如一个小礼物，或者一元钱之类）和
问卷放在一起寄给调查对象，回信的人就会很多（可能是利用了大
家return gratitude的习惯）。话说回来，我可没试过啊，那个时候
大概还没有网络，试验对象想来也是几十年前（?)的洋人，所以不保证

被1105 rfe的好像也是这个情况。好像有人说只要rfe信里没提过了就要按没过重新举
