饭里，一口都不吃。有时候硬灌成功，有时候就完全不行。今天大过节的发烧了，硬灌
了两次退烧药都失败了，每次都弄得他大吐，我们特意避开他吃饭的时间，可还是把两
个小时前的奶全吐了。
怎么办啊？现在肛门温度101.7F，喂不进去烧不退，硬灌弄的他吐更fussy更辛苦。我
们买的是little fever，其他牌子也没发现没有味道的退烧药，真是急死了！！现在只
能物理降温……
急求建议啊！！要是再高死活也要喂了，可以吐的我们也怕了，关键都吐了也还是喂不
进去怎么办？有没有没有味道的退烧药呢？为啥都是grape flavored？ |

但是太郁闷了，这是第一次生娃，做过月子的姐妹们说说，做月子的时候是不是不能抱
娃，不能频繁起床。如果这样做了，以后就会腰酸背痛。
今天我起床要抱娃，我妈又照例推三阻四。非要我出了月子才能抱。我和她说，我生的
儿子，今天是第9天，过来今天明天就没有第9天了，我都没能看够娃娃的小模样，他就
又长大了一天，等他满月了，就再也回不到第9天的样子了。我现在每天抱他的时间都
不超过20分钟，她还要让我怎样嘛？勉强同意。我抱娃到院子里晒了7，8分钟的太阳，
一进屋，我妈就把娃抱走了。我很郁闷，就到院子里叫老公摘了些grape fruit，说是
要送给邻居。我妈又在念，说我不该摘果子，不该出门。好，我就不出门，画了个示意
图，让老公去送。其实邻居就是家门几步以外的地方。
进到屋里，我还想抱娃，我妈就开始发飙，念叨她和爸这几天晚上夜夜睡不好，就是为

话说还是去年（哈哈）， 12月20号，goofy00上了收黄油 lotion+，
把货物清单，价格，总价报给他，以及要求的图片发给他。
照办。
中间到25号既没有label,也没payment，也没followup email.
写信一问，在度假，说好的online billpay 要改成cashdeposit,
坚持了要online billpay or chase quickpay.
然后就杳无音讯了4天。急着出这批货，就只好第5天答应cashdeposit.
哪知还是没音讯，期间email，站内都不回信。总之是浪费时间，精力。
还以为他忙啥大生意来着。

Table grape brix一般16-18.
酿酒的葡萄其实和国内北方的小粒的葡萄很接近。
一般没有酿酒葡萄园对外开放摘葡萄的，因为成熟的太甜了。
倒是有的酒厂你可以参与酿酒 "crush" grapes。 |

Here is what I wrote when I heard the "touching" story on NPR some time ago:
NPR, they overwhelm you with tears so they can remove your brain.
I love listening to NPR. Always good stories. But gradually I found a
pattern. They overwhelm you with touching stories, jack up your emotions,
and then, they will sneak in something does not make sense, so they hope you
will accept their ideas without thinking.

enzymes.
Acerolas and guava contain extremely much vitamin C. Consuming to much
vitamin C can cause diahrea.
Lemon, currants and apricot contain much citric acid. Grapes and nuts
contain much ellagic acid. Kaki in particular, but also bilberries, grapes
and strawberries contain much tannins. Citric acid, ellagic acid and tannins
inhibit nutrient-absorption.

myself. My diet is not the cleanest but pretty simple, and it's been working
pretty well for me:
Breakfast:
Two cups of cooked oats
Two cups of full milk
Raisin
Oreo cookies
Bacon (on training days)
Morning snack:
