come from yourself (autograft).
里面的钉子是越大越好，还是越小越好？（对于第一磨牙来说。）
basically, big size implant is better, however, depending on your bone
volume, otherwise you may need bone grafting
better to be done by speciality, eg. periodontist, oral surgeon, et al. but
experienced general dentist also can place implant.

乎的溶液），但是表征不但肤浅，而且绝对糊里糊涂；跟最初的几篇高分子接枝碳管的
文章相比，这“第一篇”高分子接枝碳角的文章简直是耻辱。

nerve is identified, a nerve graft can be considered. Of course, in this
case, you still have to wait for 3-6 months to see if she can improve on her
own. But this is just an assumption which could be wrong.
左腿没有知觉 means complete loss of sensation? If this is true, spinal cord
/cord equina injury should also be considered. Can she move her left leg?

的。
膀胱排尿是一个复杂的过程， 膀胱逼尿肌与膀胱括约肌协调才能形成有效排尿。 如果
括约肌不能正常扩张， 尿就储留， 形成大膀胱，最终压力大了， 加上腹压， 就会漏
尿。 相反， 如果膀胱逼尿肌过度兴奋，膀胱括约肌相对较弱， 尿就会不断的漏出，
这个叫小膀胱。
肖的手术主要是针对大膀胱，通过体神经的刺激， 诱发副交感神经的冲动， 而导致膀
胱逼尿肌收缩， 内膀胱括约肌扩张， 从而形成排尿。
至于foot drop的手术并发症，就太常见了， 上个星期一个NSG跟我说， 打开脊髓腔看
一下， 都可以造成脊髓损伤。 但benefit/risk ratio应该不能作为那些外行们攻击

1. 肖氏手术绝对是一个创新。
2. 有效性不容置疑， 但成功率有待商榷。
3. 外行不要瞎掺和。 这个事在外行眼里就是方粉和肖粉， 哪那么简单？
我个人认为手术适应症应该严格一点， 毕竟有并发症， foot drop可以是永久性的，
不是简单的死马当活马医。 基础研究要跟上， 美国做一个nerve graft都要做电生理
检查， 筛选病例。 这个肖氏手术更需要这方面的研究， 有了实验室的证据， 说服力
就强了。 |

昨日去做cleaning， 牙医测出右下第二磨牙（右下智齿已拔除）的牙龈处deep pocket
约7mm, X-RAY显示小部分牙床骨缺失。 他说periodontist可能会考虑bone graft， 但
是费用很高。 他建议用Arestin结合root planing， 控制infection后pocket深度会有
所好转。Arestin费用也不少， 我的牙科保险cover antibiotic treatment 80% 但不
保证能cover Arestin。

1）VentureBeat最新调查结果显示，许多明智的手机游戏开发者选择了Vungle和
AdColony等新兴广告公司而非谷歌服务来实现游戏盈利。
其调查的176名游戏开发者共发布了1100款游戏，实现了3亿次下载量，以及超过6亿美
元的年收益。
这些开发者最广泛使用的广告盈利方案是插页式广告，但最具盈利性的创收方法仍是免
费模式的IAP机制。
数据表明，游戏开发者在发布了11款游戏后就会弃用谷歌广告服务，谷歌服务在独立和
小型团队开发者（发布游戏少于11款）仍然较有影响力，但有77%较有规模的开发者（
制作游戏超过20款，拥有20人以上的开发成员，月收益超过5万美元）则通常不会使用
谷歌服务。
其中最为成功的游戏开发者使用的是视频广告平台Vungle或AdColony，其次就是
Chartboost、Upsight服务。

1）据venturebeat报道，《Puzzle & Dragons》最近在北美下载量已突破400万次（6周
前实现300万次北美下载量），该游戏全球下载量已超过3000万次。
